Raphael Kipchirchir Kipkenda

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the demise of Raphael Kipchirchir Kipkenda, son of Mr.James Kipkenda and Mrs Lucy Sakala which occured on 19th March, 2019 through a tragic road accident. The late Raphael was a student at Mt. Kenya University Main campus Thika till his time of death.

Brother of Emily, Dorcas, Judy, Monica, Maureen, Jesca Claire and Amos. Nephew of Sarah, Jane, Mike, Susan, Salina, Patrick, late Mary, Benjamin and John Kipkenda, John Sakala, Esther, Gladys Sakala, Jonathan, the late David and late Samuel. Uncle of Brian, Malcolm, Marcia, Melvin, Marshall, Tola and Meagan. Brother-in-law of Alfayo and Enock. Grandson of the late Kipkenda Chirchir and the Late Tamining Kangoswo, Rosa Teriki, the late Sakala Rono and the late Tabutany Rono Koske, Richard Rono (KAP Kangoswo). Cousin of Sheila, Maureen, Ann, Jepchirchir, Jebet, Geoffrey, Elizabeth, Sandra, Aileen Mercy, Kigen, Nancy, Cherono, Kiprop, Sam, Ronny, Ryan, Nicole, Limo, Victorine, Sammy among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his parents home in Suwerwa Cherangany, Kimumu Eldoret and Nairobi.

Fundraising to aid in his funeral arrangements will be held on Wednesday 27th in Nairobi (Professional centre) and at his parents home on Suwerwa Cherangany.

Hearse will leave MTRH funeral home for Suwerwa Cherangany on Friday 29th March 2019 and thereafter the burial on 30th March 2019.

Raphael, as jovial and loving as you were on earth, may you be more in heaven. We love you, but God chose it was time you joined Him. We Celebrate your life ‘Chichi’
