It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Retired senior chief Elijah Kabaka Akula (Former councellor Kisa South Ward).

Husband of Retired Teacher Dorcas Ongachi Kabaka. Father of Loren Kodhika, Samson Angulu, Juliet Lubanga, Dawood Oweri, Esther Kabaka, Daniel Angulu, Francis Atemo, Maxxillah Kabaka. Foster father of Onnes, Rodgers, Joram and many. Brother of the late Albert, late Rodgers, the late Joshua, the late Atori the late Oteche, Roselyn Tabitha, and Suleiman Etenyi, Martha Musumba, Mark Omwaka, Andayi, Fridah, the late Asakhulu. Father-in-law of Samuel Aluchio, Wilfred Wakhu, Joyce Eshiwani and Electine Naliaka.

Uncle of Justice Aggrey Muchelule, Edward Muchelule, Dr Sam, David, Misango, Chapia, Arthur, the late Omboyo, Anyangu, Tutti, Victor, Otota, Charles, Rodgers among others. Grandfather of many including Valentine, Trevour, Shirty, Giggs, Mediatrix, Huzeyma, Dael, David, Dr Misango. Brother-in-law of the late Mary Saisi and Chief Joyce.

The cortege leaves Maseno Coptic Mortuary on 13th of June, 2019.

The burial will be done on Saturday the 15th of June, 2019 at his home Emalindi Sub-location, Kisa South ocation, Khwisero Sub-county of Kakamega County.
