Retired Teacher Jane Wambui Murangi

It is with deep acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Retired teacher Jane Wambui Murangi which occurred at Coptic Hospital on 29.09.2022.

She was the last-born child of the late Eldad Wathuta Kaguthi and the late Eunice Gathoni Wathuta. Daughter-in-law to the late Julius Maina Gathanga and Gladys Mukuhi Maina.

Wife to Murangi Maina. Mother to Gladys Mukuhi Murangi and Eustus & Jozeine Tatum — Maina Murangi.

Sister to Anne Wangui,Walton Kaguthi, &Winifred Kihia, Judah Gathungu, Mary Kimani, the late Charles Gitonga and Monica Giitangi.

In-law to Robert & Margaret Gathanga, the late Charles & Nancy Njoki Ngetha, the late Charles & Elizabeth Muiga, Peter & the late Florence Gikandidarnes & Grace Mumo, Evans & Peninah Muriuki, Rose Kaguthi, the late Burton Kihia, Prisca Gathungu, the late Edward Kimani, Elizabeth Gitonga and the late Livingstone Giitangi. She was cousin, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, 5.10.2022 at 8.00am.The funeral service will be conducted at P.C.E.A Ruiru Town at 10.00am and later proceed to her final resting place at Langata. Cemetery Nairobi.
