More than a year has passed since we laid you to rest and we still beat the pain of losing you.
You were a precious gift to us and though physically gone, we carry fond memories of you in our hearts. We all miss the sound of your voice and the wisdom of your advice. You taught us important life lessons and we cherish every moment spent with you.
In honor of Mzee, a memorial service will be held in Siaya on June 16th at ACK Hawinga Church near Hawinga Girls Secondary School from 10am – 12 noon, followed by a gathering at his home in Alego.
Your absence is a silent grief, your life a beautiful memory.
