It is with gratitude and humble acceptance that we announce the death of Rosa Wangui Ndugu on 5 July 2019.

Wife of the Late Ernest Ndugu Kamau, mother of the late Mary Mumbi Njenga, Joseph Kamau, Susan Njeri Hopkins, Simon Mwangi, Raphael Kariuki, Cecilia Wanjiru Cooper, Hannah Wambui Kihara and Anthony Njoroge. Mother-in-law of the late Peter Njenga Karanja, Richard Hopkins, Jane Mwangi, the Late Grace Kariuki, the late Quintin Cooper, Alfred Njuguna Kihara and Winnie Njoroge. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her residence in Gatura, Gatanga Constituency. There will be a Memorial service, Tuesday 16th July, 2019 at 12 noon at Gatura Catholic Church, in Gatura, Gatanga Consituency.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 19th, July 2019 at 8am for burial at Kairo, Location 14 Murang’a County.
