Rose Nthenya Mutua (Mama)

It is with sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Rose Nthenya Mutua (Mama) of Kasaini village, Kathiani, Machakos which occurred on 16/07/2018 at Bristol Park Hospital, Machakos after ailing for a while.

Loving wife to the late Samuel Mutua Muli (Kisakwa). Daughter of late Nzive Ngau and late Katumbi Nzive. She was Mother of Ronah M. Mutua, Peter K. Mutua, Felix N. Mutua and Carol N. Mutua. Mother in-law of Eunice Peter, Kate Kinyili and others. Co-wife of Grace, Annah and Wanjiru. Step-mother of John, Damaris, Andrew and others. Grandmother of  Mutuku, Anita, James, Brian, Bruce, Jessica, Javan, late Shantelle, Tiffany, Leon, Norah and many others. Aunt of James, Kaloki, Ndunge, Nthinzeo and many others. Sister Ng’angau, Syongoi, Kiloko, late Mutanu, Kaula, Tumbo, Kithei, Nzau and others. Sister in-law of Joshua, Simon, Samuel and others.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at her home in Kasaini village, Kathiani, Machakos and at Norwich Union, Nairobi ( 18th — 21st).

The cortege leaves Montezuma-Monalisa Funeral home Machakos on Tuesday, 24th July 2018 at 9:00 am for burial at 11:00am at her home in Kasaini Village, Kathiani sub-county, Machakos.
