It is with profound sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely sudden demise of Rtd. Chief Inspector of Police Elias Kamau Mwaura after a short illness.

Son of the late Mwaura Hubanu and Rahab Gathoni Mwaura. Loving Husband of Mary Wangari Kamau. Father of Anne Njeri, Rahab Gathoni, John Mwaura, Eunice Wanjiru and Ngugi wa Kamau, Father-in-love of Solomon Kagira, Elizabeth Waithira, Simon Nganga and Lydiah Gathoni. Brother of Lear Wanjiru, Stephen Ndungu, Peter Njuguna, Paul Rurigi, Agnes Wanjiku and the late Eunice Njeri. Grandfather of Kamau, Wangari, Kinyanjui, Kamau Junior, Thayu and many more.

Prayers & Meeting are held at his home in Giteme from 4 pm and at Umoja Innercore from 7pm.

The cortege leaves General Kago Funeral Home, Thika on Monday 7th January 2019 at 8.00am. Thereafter, funeral service and burial at his Home in Giteme village near Kigoro Chief camp from 12:00pm.
