Ruth Wanjugu Kinyua

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our dear mother Ruth Wanjugu Kinyua of King’ang’a village which occurred on 3/9/2018 at Outspan Hospital.

Daughter of the late Elijah Mwaniki and jerusha Muthoni. Beloved wife of the late Nahashon Kinyua Kanyi and co-wife to the late Rose Mumbi. Mother of Peninah Munene, Watson Kanyi, Mary Mwangi, Elijah Kinyua, the late Anne Wanjiru, Sarah Munuhe, Late Gathanga Kinyua, Pastor Wambui (CFF Kiangai) Diana Kinyua, David Kinyua, Racheal Kibaara and Charles Kinyua. She was mother in love to the late David Munene, Edith Kanyi, Michael Mwangi, Mary Mwaniki, Dadson Munuhe, Mireille Gakuu, Ken Kibaara and Ann Muriithi. She was blessed with Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home King’ang’a village from 5.00 pm for prayers and funeral arrangement, and there will be a meeting at St. Andrews’ Church Nairobi on Sunday the 9th September at 3.00pm.

The cortege leaves jamii funeral home Karatina on Tuesday 11th September 2018 at 8.00a.m for a funeral service and burial at her home, King’ang’a village Gaikuyu sub-location Magutu location Nyeri County at 10.00a.m.
