It is with deep regret that we announce the sad demise of Veena Tajdin Walli Jiwa on Friday September 7th 2018.
She was the beloved wife of the late Tajdin Walli Jiwa. Mother to Shama and Nina. Mother in-law to Ashif Valli and Sandy Philips. Loving Grandmother to Raqib, Muskan, Armaan and Ayaan.
The funeral service will take place on Sunday 9th September 2018 at the Aga Khan Cultural and Religious Centre, Limuru Road at 9.15am and thereafter the cortege will leave for burial at the Ismailia Cemetery Kariakor at 10.00am.

I had the pleasure of knowing Taj and Veena in the mid 1980’s while working in Kenya. They always showed me great friendship, kindness and we shared many laughs together. God bless you both.
