Appreciation
We the family of the late Mrs. Saina Chemuge Koskei, are filled with gratitude for each and everyone who stood with us during the preparations leading to final send off of our beloved mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother.
Special appreciation goes to our President, H.E. Dr. William Samoei Ruto EGH and the Executive Office of the President, led by Chief of Staff and Head of the Public Service, Hon. Felix Koskei. We acknowledge and appreciate the support from Amb. (Prof) Julius Bitok (PS. Education ), and the staff and colleagues from the Ministry of Lands and the National Land Commission. The family also acknowledges and appreciates the support received from esteemed political leaders from within Nandi and Uasin Gishu Counties. To mention but afew Governors, H. E. Governors Stephen Sang – Nandi County and H.E. Jonathan Bii – Uasin Gishu County; Senators Jackson Mandago – Uasin Gishu County and Samson Cherargei – Nandi County; Members of Parliament; Hon. Oscar Sudi – Kapsaret, Hon. Joseph Wainaina-nominated, Hon. Paul Biego – Chesumei, Hon. Shadrack Mwiti -South Imenti and Hon. Cynthia Muge – Women Rep. Nandi County.
Further, we extend our appreciation and gratitude to various government and private institutions who in one way or the other ensured smooth send-off of our martriach. Specifically, we appreciate personal support received from Chief Executive Officers; Prof. E. Kanga (KWS), IG D. Kanja and DIG E. Lagat, Mr. J. Tembur (NYS), Norah Ratemo (KDC), Dr. Kipkurui Chepkwony (IGRTC), Philip Mainga (Kenya Railway) and David Mogonyi (C.A).
We also wish to thank members of the Nairobi and Mombasa business community, spiritual support from AIC Nandi Region led by Bishop Serem, Mosoriot AIC Local Church, and all churches within and beyond Nandi County.
We appreciate the support received from Queens Garden Eldoret, Eldoret Hospital, St Luke Hospital, Mosoriot community, and extended family/friends.
Your presence, prayers and support gave us strength. We continue to pray that Gogo is received by the Almighty and her soul rests in eternal peace.
