It is with gratitude to God that we announce the passing on of Mr Samuel Monyo Njoroge formerly of Kenya Breweries on 1st September 2018.

Son of the Late Wanpru and Joseph Njoroge. Husband of Mary Wairimu Monyo. Father of Dr. Anthony Njoroge Monyo & Emily Njoroge, Cacherine and Ben Kinyua, Hon Gakure Monyo (former Deputy Governor; Murang’a County) & Hilda Gakure, the late Anastacia Wangui, Jennifer & Dr Maina Kimani, Pauline Wangari & Stefan Euchenhofert, the late Andrew Ngugi, Rosa & Ben West.

Brother of Gladys Njeri, Peter Muiruri and Muhindi Njoroge and the late James Ngugi, Margaret Wambui and Nathaniel Kirangi. Brother-in-law of Naomi Nyambura Mwangi, Julia Ngendo Kamau, Dr. & Mrs. Elijah Nyanjui, Jane and Daniel Gicau & Lucy Wangari and the late Manta Gakure, Mwangi Gakure, Florence Wangari, Lincoln Kamau and Michael Kariuki.

Grandfather of Fridah & Aston Muchiri, Ivy Njoroge, Dr Maureen, Edna & Ian Kinyua, Mevin & Angela Gakure, Cynthia & Kinda, Kirnani & Monyo Mama and Christian West. Great grandfather of Lisa Makena, Hope Mwende & Karen Wanjiru. Uncle of many nephews & nieces.

The Cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 7ch September at 9am for funeral mass at Christ the King Gatura Catholic Church followed by the final rites at his home in Gatura village, Kariara Location, Gatanga Sub County, Murang’a County.

Family & Friends are having their final meeting today, Wednesday 5th September 2018 at St Paul’s University Chapel for prayers and Funeral Arrangements at 6pm.
