Samuel Thuku Kariithi

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of Cod’s will that we announce the passing of Samuel Thuku Kariithi of Kahiga Village, Gatunguru Sublocation; Njumbi Location, Muranga County which occurred on 19th of June 2025 after a long illness.

Samuel was beloved son of the late John Kariithi Gichuku and Susan Wangari.

He was husband of Elizabeth Wanjiku. Father of Dennis Kariithi, Faith Wangari and Ellena Wanjiru.

He was brother of Stephen Gichuku, Jane Njoki, Samson VVagachira, Simon Waiyaki, the late James Wangoru, the late Sarah Nyambura, Isaac Kamau, late Julius Waweru, Esther Wambui and the late Stanley Ndaiga. He was cousin and Uncle of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his Kenyatta road home and their rural home in Kahiga, also at Ambassador and black & white Hotels on Tuesday 24th June 2025 and Thursday 26th June 2025 for funeral and burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves KU Funeral Home along Thika road on Friday 27th June 2025 at 7.00 am. Funeral service will be held at their farm in Kahiga Village at 11.00am and burial at the same place.
