Sarah Mukuhi Ndung’u

In humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing on of Mrs Sarah Mukuhi Ndung’u after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of the late Phares Macharia and Mary Njambi Macharia, wife of Joseph Ndung’u Ribia. She hails from Kanunga village, Kiambu County. Mother of Lucy Mwihaki Kangethe (Cube Movers), Geoffrey Ribia Ndung’u (Stargeon Enterprises), Mary Njambi (UK), Regina Njoki Mbugua (Nrb County), Charles Macharia, Maryanne Wangari (UK), Michael Mbuthia, Jane Wanjiku Karumbo (UK) and James Kiragu (Rockfield Contractors). Mother-in-law of George K. Gatere (G.K. Gatere Advocates), Ann Wanjiku Ribia, Robert Mbugua Wandegwa (Triotech), James Karumbo (UK). Sister of Margaret Wangari Nginyo, Grace Njeri Njuguna, the late James Kiragu, the late Teresia Mumbi, Francis Gitau, the late Cecilia Wanjiku and Virginia Wania Mburu.

Prayers and funeral arrangement meetings are being held at her home Kanunga village Kiambu County from 4.00pm daily.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral home on 10th May, 2019 at 9.00am. There will be a Holy Mass at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church Kanunga commencing at 11.00am. Burial will take place thereafter at her farm at Kaspat Estate.
