It’s with profound grief we announce the demise of Simon Kamau Mwangi (Kaigu), of Kiugu Village, Muthithi Location, Kigumo Sub-county, Murang’a County.

Beloved son of the late Mwangi Mukunga and the late Wairimu Mwangi.

Loving husband of the late Eunice Njeri Kamau. Loving father of Beth, Maina, Wambili of Amazing (Nairekia Ngare), Julius, Wangari, Mary, the late Elijah, Peter of Tanga Gas, Gitaii, Kamande of Patanisho, Zipporah and Beth of Tasia, Nairobi.

Brother of the late Muthoni, Wambui, the late Wanjau, the late Jane, Mugure and Milkah.

Father in-law of Murigi, Nyambura, Michael, Juliah, Wanyoike, Purity, Sarah, Wangeci and Mwangi. Uncle, grandfather and great grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting at his home in Kiugu Village, Golden Palm Hotel — Kenol Town, Patanisho in Kayole-Nairobi and Narok Nairekia Ngare.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalissa Kabati on Tuesday, 2/9/2025 at 8:00am and burial service to follow at his home in Kiiiga Village, Muthithi Location, Kigumo Sub-county, Murang’a County.
