We the family of Simon Maina Mahugu would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our family and friends who took the time mourn, condole and pray with us following the sudden death of our beloved Simon Mahugu on Sunday 4th August, 2019. Your support, messages of condolence and prayers at this difficult time are deeply appreciated and have been of immense comfort to us as a family. Your generosity and commitment enabled us to give Simon Mahugu a befitting send off.
We thank the Almighty God for the beautiful and enriching life of the loving father/ brother/ uncle/ invaluable friend Simon was and are grateful for the time he allowed us to share with our beloved.

Maina was a class mate at AHS between 1973 – 1976. A pleasant young man then and undoubtedly the most brilliant mind I have provilege to interact with. I am very saddened with news of his passing on and pray that the good Lord gives him rest. I pray that God gives you, his family peace.
