We announce the passing on of Simon Makau Kasoa on 30/04/2019 at Bristol Park Hospital, Machakos.

Son of the late Ezekiel Kasoa and the late Esther Kasoa. Son-in-law of the late Justus and Grace Makau and the late Mr and Mrs Kanyambu of Makyau. Beloved husband of the late Josephine Karen Makau and Catherine Nduku Makau. Father of the late Gladys Wanza, Fredrick Muya- USA, Diana Singleton-USA, Eric Muema-Nairobi, Justus Mutisya-Private Safaris, Elizabeth Mueni-Machakos and Karen Mwikali. Father-in-law of Samuel Mutunga (Uncle Sam), Terry Singleton-USA, Monica Muya (USA), Esther Muema and Elizabeth Mutisya. Grandfather of Roy, Hugh, Shakari, Levine, Jabali, Kasoa, Ndanu, Jayson and Jelan. Brother of Kasalu, the late Godwin Musyoka and Florence Mumo. Brother-in-law of the Makaus of Mwilikya family of Ngelani and the Kanyambus family of Makyau.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Mutituni, Kyanda village, Machakos.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Machakos on 11th May, 2019, at 8.00am. Funeral service will be held at Kyanda Primary School from 10.00am followed by burial at his Kyanda Village farm, Machakos.
