Simon Mbithuka Mutiso

It is with humble acceptance of God’s win that we announce the promotion to glory of our patriarch Simon Mbithuka Mutiso of Kee location, Makueni County, which occurred on 24th March, 2021, after a short illness.

He was a former Chairman – KETWA, Vice Chairman – Post Bank Sports, Chairman Pokawa, Vice Chairman – Community Development Lukenya / Kalusya and Chairman – Akamba Funeral Organization. He was also a perpetual pastor of ACK – Lukenya Parish, Machakos diocese.

Loving husband of the late Mary Nduku Mbithuka and Rose Mueni Mbithuka. Beloved son of the late Gilson Mutiso and the late Beatrice Minoo. Caring father of Benson Mutiso, Richard Somba, Boniface Musyoki, Amos Mukonzo, Christine Minoo, Douglas Masila and Esther Kamanthe. Father-in-law of Violet, Francisca, Milka, Grace and Rudy.

Brother of Agnes Ndumi, the late Alice Mbeke, the late Mukewa Mutiso, John Munyeke, late Dorothy Wayua, the late Joseph Kivuva, the late Paul Ngei, Mary Kalewa and Ann Mbula. Step-brother of 9 siblings. Loving grandfather of Michelle, Imani, Tuzo, Sharon; Trfanny, Miguel, Wesley, Tatiana, Natasha, Temmy, Nick, Nathan, Roy, Justin, Littler and Anna. Cousin of Alice, Benjamin, Simon, Nathan, Sammy, Nduku Nthiani and many others. Uncle of Ossy, Bosco, Muema, Musomba, Kyalo, Tito, Minoo, Jane and many others.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary Nairobi, on Wednesday 7th April, 2021, at 8.00am: for a funeral service and burial at his home in Kilia Village-Makueni.
