We announce the passing on of Sospeter Kamau Githendu.

Son of the late Githendu Kigathi and Beatrice Wanja Githendu. Husband to the Late Margaret Wambui Githendu Brother to Josephine Waithera Mwiruti, Lillian Wanjiru Njehu, James Njenga Githendu (Kigathi), Agnes Wambui Njogu (US), Late Stanley Miringu Githendu, Patrick Kaguta Githendu Director, Co-operative Bank), Nancy Nungari Gichuhi (US), the Late Anthony Kariuki Githendu, and the Late Ann Ringa Githendu.

Father to Eric Githendu Kamau and Anne Njoki Githendu, Daniel Mburu Kamau, Melisa Wanja.

Son-in-law to the late Daniel Mburu Kinuthia and Ruth Wanjiru Mburu, Grandfather to the late Maya Wambui Githendu, Ivy Nyasani, Cyrah Rose Wambui Kamau, Zoe Wanjiru Githendu, Ray Nyasani, Chaya Wanja Githendu ,Jaydon Kamau Githendu and Theo Gichuki Githendu. Uncle to the Mwirutis, Njehus, Njogus and Gichuhis. Baba to the Kigathis, Miringus, Kagutas and Kariukis.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 3pm in his Kileleshwa home for prayers and funeral arrangements.

Cortege will leave Montezuma and Monalisa Funeral Home Mbagathi Road on Tuesday 27/7/2021 at 9.00am. Funeral and burial service will be at his Muguga Farm (Thamanda), Kikuyu Sub-County at 11.00am on the same day.
