We announce the promotion to glory of Mr Isaac Stephen Nyambati Keraita, (formerly Nzoia Sugar) of Moturumesi, Kitutu Masaba, Nyamira County on 18th March 2022.

Beloved husband to Jane Nafula. Son of the late Ambrose Keraita Nyakundi and Mama Annastancia Bochere.

Brother to Julius Mokaya (retired Headteacher), Francisca (Rigoma), Priscilla (Igorera), Philip (Nyasumi Primary), Yuvenalis, Anthony, Prof. James Keraita (Dedan Kimathi University), Alice Mary (Egesieri Primary), Sr. Euventina Keraita (Little Sisters of St. Joseph) and Dr. Ben Keraita (UNICEF, Lesotho).

Brother-in-law of Pacificah, Ochieng, late Magangi, Fridah, Hellen, Zipporah, Rose, Mary, Alfred Mosota (Headteacher, Kisii Primary) and Emily (Lesotho).

Father to Thomas Moses Nyakundi (Nakuru), Robert Moogi (Nzoia Sugar), Cleophas Onsombi (Nairobi) and Caroline (Kisii).

Father-in-law of Sarah (Nakuru), Beatrice (Bungoma), Naomi (Kiserian), and Eric Onywere (Kisii) Sokoro to 12 grandchildren including Damian, Ann-Sasha, Ryan and Protus. Cousin to Prof. Fred Keraro (Egerton University), Dr Victor Keraro (Nairobi), Isabella (USA), Scholastica (Principal Magena), Sr. Concepter (Franciscan Sisters), among many others.

The cortege leaves Christa Marianne Hospital, Kisii, on 31 March, 2022 for burial at his home in Moturumesi Village, Kitutu Masaba, Nyamira County on the same day on 31 March, 2022.
