It is with deep sorrow we announce the demise of the late former Councilor Tekero Ole Yenko that occurred on 12th September 2025 through a tragic road accident. He represented Enabelibel Ward from 2002-2013. He was born in 1948 in the then Narok Distirct, Narok County.
Son of the late Natunyo Ole Yenko, the late Naisiae enole Yenko and the late Retoe ene Yenko.
Husband of Kiramatisho Yenko and Parakuo Yenko.
Brother of Senewa Lemitil, Rakoi Yenko (late), Sento Noonkipa, Naikanae Rotiken, Nepeita Masikonte, Muyantet Kimorgo, Lepei Loorkusi, Maren OleYenko, Koineet Ole Yenko and Sharrarr Ole Yenko.
Beloved father of Kimanjoi Sialala,Advocate Tipapa Yenko,Yiaile Yenko,Tubula Yenko {Narok County Government}, Kadau Yenko, Lemayian Yenko (late), Swakei Yenko (Narok County Government}, Resiato Sururu, Lenoi Nkukuu, Angela Yenko, Sayialel Yenko (ENSDA}, late Brian Ateti Yenko, SelPina Yenko, Sanaipei Yenko, Nadupoi Yenko, Simitia Keshei, Maseto Yenko (late) and Resian Yenko.
He was an in-law of these families;- Sialala, Masikonte, Sururu, Pareyio, Makalla, Kisaka, Naiguta, Nkukuu and Keshei.
He is blessed with 40 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
The cortege leaves Egerton University Mortuary on Friday 19th September 2025. The funeral service will be held at his home in Olorropil, Narok North Sub-county same day.
As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the fullness of life he lived-a life that touched many, uplifted countless and left and indelible impact in the hearts of all those who knew him.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
