It is with profound sorrow and sadness that we announce the demise of our beloved Tenesias Osoro Obonyo (Joma) Teacher at Magereza Secondary School (Kitengela).

Son of Jackson Obonyo Moronge and Yunes Nyangweso Obonyo. Husband of Everlyne Kimanga of Savannah Cement. Father of Grace, Daniel and Alvin. Brother of Hezekiel, Drusillah, Grace, Onwonga, Moranga, Jemimah, Jane, Moronge, Ouko, Maturu, Ondigi, Onguti and Bosibori. Son-in-law of John Kimanga Mogaka and Agnes Kwamboka Kimanga. Nephew of Mogute, the late Mwebi, the late Omote, Ongeri, Ochwangi, Mokaya, the late Ochwangi Moronge, the late Ombaki Tirimba, Bonuke and Mariaria, the late Arumba, the late Teresa, Sibia among others.

Brother-in-law of Thakane, Dominic, the late Hon. Joel Onyancha, Julian, Margaret, Samson, Architect Obiri, Mary, Jane, Hezron ,Vane, Theofas, Rose, Davis, Damaris, Hellen, Josephat, Jennifer, Darius, and Felix. Cousin of Hon Ezekiel Machogu, Omwenga, Moronges, Mbera, the late Kennedy, Hezron, Anyona Ombaki among others. Uncle of Moronge, Dennis, Tirimba, Mocharis among others.

The cortege leaves Montezuma-Monalisa Funeral Home on Monday 6th January at 6am for travel to Kisii.

Funeral service and burial will be at his home Mogweko Village Nayaribari Masaba on Tuesday January 7th starting at 9am.

There will be a harambee today at Tumaini House 5Th Floor Room 5E starting at 4pm.
