Teresia Amolo Musewe

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mama Teresia Amolo Musewe which occurred on 3rd July 2019 after a long illness.

Wife of the late Ex. Sgt. Major Joaness Musewe Ogunja. Co-Wife of the late Josephina, the late Sind, the late Adhunga, and the late Adikiny among the other late wives of Joaness. Daughter of the late Nyanday Owende and Maria Njago of Masiro Urenga. Mother of Margaret Olotch, Vitalis Omondi Musewe, the late Patricia Owaga, George O. Musewe and Consolata Wendoh. Step-mother of Eng. J. Ouma Musewe, Dr. V. Musewe, Aloo Musewe, the late Amina Musewe, Lango, Alice Ohomo, Jenifer, Dolfare, Athieno, Opata, Mrs. Makhoka, the late Elizabeth Nyadimo, the late Josephina, the late Regina, Auma, among several step-children in Ogunja family. Sister of Onuango, Opondo, Owuor, Oguda, Oriaro, Athieno among others. Mother-in-law of William Olotch, Gabriel Wendoh, Antony Owaga, Caroline Omondi, C. Achieng Omondi and Caroline Ogunja. Grandmother of Ernest, Cynthia, Beryl, Linet, Barbaria, Dr. Omondi, Mercy, Vicky, Jacky, Ben, Carlos, Viola, Vanessa, Elsie, Willys, Felix, Odino, Rebecca and Pamela among others.

Family and friends will meet on Tuesday 16th at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi at 5pm for fundraising to offset funeral expenses. Donations can also be done via (Mpesa No. 0722719111 -Vitalis Musewe).

The cortege will leave Sega Mortuary on Friday 19th July, 2019 at 9.00am, proceed to Sega Catholic Church for farewell service, then to Sigomre Catholic Church for another service at 1.00pm.

She will be laid to rest on Saturday 20th July, 2019 at Joaness Musewe home in Magoya Mbosie Village Ugunja constituency.
