With heavy hearts and humble acceptance of God’s will, we regret to announce the sudden promotion to glory of Teresia Abisai (nee Teresia Manyara) on 12th November, 2018.

Wife of Samuel Abisai Ogeto. Beloved mother of Denis Abisai (Parliament), Reuben Mogere, Alex Abisai, Lydiah Abisai, Anne Moraa, Enock Abisai (Kenya Navy), and Sylvia Abisai. Sister of the late John Manyara, Ogata, Omeke, Sabina, Helena, Paskaria and others. Korera of Francis Nalimae and Alfred Mobegi. Sister-in-law of Keraro, Nyambati, Ombongi, Teresa, Kerubo among others. Mother-in-law of Sylviah Nalimae (Ministry of Lands), George Mobagi, Jane Ndunge and Vivian Moraa. Grandmother of Clarice Mogata, Barack Obama, Darius Orenge, Nancy Nyangate, Consolata Kerubo, Antony Ogeto, Morgan Ogeto, Remmy Ogeto, Catherine Moraa and Edward Manwa.

The main fundraising to offset funeral expenses will be on Tuesday 20th November 2018 at Professional Centre, Nairobi from 5:00pm and at Masera village from 2.00pm. Mpesa contribution may be sent to 0722990473 (Denis Abisai).

The cortege will leave Christa Marriane Mission Hospital Mortuary, Kisii Town on Wednesday 21st November 2018 and burial will be at her home in Masera village, near Metamaywa shopping centre, off Sotik/Keroka Road, on Thursday 22nd November 2018.
