Veronica Wanjiku Kinyanjui

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Veronica Wanjiku Kinyanjui, which occurred on Thursday 19th July 2018 after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of the late Beacher Kungu and the late Peris Njeri Kungu, step daughter of the late Priscilla Wambui Kungu and the late Sibira Nyokabi. Wife of Joseph Kinyanjui. Mother of Peter Kungu, Paul Macharia, Eric Ngugi, Irene Gathoni (Nice) and Stanley Ndungu. Sister of Martha Gathoni Muiruri, Rosemary Wangui Knudsen (Denmark), Sospeter Ndungu, Hannah Wanjiru Njonjo among others.

Mother-in-law of Anne Nyawira, Helen Wanjiru. Nick Kariuki and Susan Gichia. Stepsister of Hannah Wanjiku Kungu, Beacher Gichia Kungu. Grandmother of Diana Wangeci, Bridgette Wanjiku, Keisha Gathoni, Victor Kinyanjui, Collins Kinyanjui, Edwin Kungu, Dominic Kinyanjui, Ryan Mwangi. Christian and Israel Gichia and many others.

Funeral arrangements are going on daily at All Saints Cathedral and at her Juja home at 5pm.

The cortege leaves KU mortuary on Thursday 26th July 2018 at 0700hrs for funeral service and burial at her Juja Farm .
