It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Ndugu Katika Yesu Walter Ojwang’ Owiti which occurred on 7th May 2021.

Son of the late johana Owiti Wuon Gogi and Alal Nyojwang. Loving husband to Mama Risper Rhoda Ojwang. Father to Dr. Harry O. Kojwang, Kefa O. Kojwang, Dr. Dave O. Kojwang, Isaiah O. Kojwang, Philip O. Kojwang, the late Mary O. Ojwang’ and Daniel K. Kojwang, Dr. Alice A. Ojwang, Prof. Dan O. Ojwang, Sam O. Kojwang, Apphiah A. Ojwang, Miriam A. Ojwang and Hellen A Kojwang.

Father-in-Law to Annastacia Kojwang, the late Nerea Kojwang, Abigael Kojwang, Keziah Kojwang, Olga Kojwang, Dr. Dinah Ligaga Kojwang, Lydia Kojwang, Harry Wachira and Edwin Okingo. Brother to the late Wilkister Onjoro of Kabuoch Kachieng and the late Agnes Akeyo of Kanyamfwa, the late Naftali Odera, the late Omeny Owiti, the late Ojenge Owiti, and Mzee Charles Akado Owiti of Ogande.

The cortege leaves Med 25 Funeral Home for funeral service on Friday 14th May 2021 at his home in Ogongo, Lambwe, Homabay County.

He is survived by 11 children, 31 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
