It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Yunuke Kemunto Kebira which occurred on Wednesday 16th November 2022 at Kenyatta University Referral and Research Hospital.

Daughter of the late Omweri Nyaberi and the late Moraa Omweri.

Wife to Mzee Samuel Kebira co-wife to Orpha Kebira.

Sister to the late Nyaberi, the late Oonge, the late Nyakara, Ruth, the late Peris, Mongina, the late Ochwang’i, Simon, Mochama.

Mother to Richard, Josephine, Hon Justice Ocharo, Mobisa, Jimford (USA), Kerubo, Aaron, Job and Doris. Mother in-law to Dorcas, the late Hezron, Dr. Skitter, Lilian, Samuel, Ruth and Nicodemus (USA).

Grandmother to: Lydiandesse, Priscilla, Caroline, Ezra, Angela, Lenny, Eddie, Leon Ocharo, Larry, Leon Mobisa, Rowynna, Rodgers, Moraa, Marion, Blessing, Derrick, Paul and Junik. Great-Grandmother to Jayson, Teddie & Destiny.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 4pm at her home in Nyankononi, Nyaribari Masaba Constituency, Kisii County.

The Cortege leaves Kenyatta University Referral Funeral home on Friday 9th December 2022, at 8.00 am for burial at her home on Sunday 11th December 2022.
