Evelyn Kemunto Nyambane

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that the Teachers Service Commission announces the passing on of Evelyn Kemunto Nyambane, an officer from TSC Unit Kajiado-West, Kajiado County, on 6th May, 2025.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Isaboke Nyambane Genchabe and the late Mama Bathsheba Moraa Nyambane from Gesusu Village, Masaba South, Kisii County.
Daughter-in-law of Selene Nyaboke and the late Nernwel Manyura Orindi.

Wife of Evans Manyura of Gesebei, Nyamira County, a loving mother of Whitney Kerubo and grandmother of Riley.

Sister of Obino Nyambane, Hon. Douglas Ogoti, the late Eric Ondieki, Kerubo Akelola, Bitutu Nyambane and Bonareri Nijoroge.

She was sister-in-law of Lydia Obino. Gladys Ogoti, David Akelola, John Njoroge. Edson Ogwankwa, Moraa Ogwankwa, Steve Onsericd, Kwamboka Onserio, Divina Nyandemo, the late Nyabate Mouti, Jane (sack, Joyce Kombo, Alice Bichang’a, Susan Manyura, Stella Gichana.

Aunt of Leon, Ogachi, Faith; Ondati. Brandon, Bramwel, Nyambane Byron, Bradley, Keith, Diana, Bess y, Moses, Issah, Moraa, Amani, Zuri, Shadrack, Sarah, Thomas, Tony, Dan.

Cousin of the Ondabas, Osoros, Orangis, Kenyasas, Ondatis, Ochis, Nyamaos. Niece ofAlbert Mosoba and Dorris Kemunto.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers at her home in Gesebei, Nyansiongo Location, Nyansiongo sub-location in Nyamira County.

The cortege leaves from MP Shah Hospital mortuary in Nairobi on Thursday, 15th May, 2025, for an overnight stay at her home. Burial service will be held on Friday, 16th May, 2025 Gesebei, Nyamira County.
