Daughter of the Late Hon. Martin Shikuku, former MP of Butere and the late Dolly Achieng Shikuku. Loving mother of Audrey Martin and Dolly Achieng. Loving sister of Sylvano Madanji, Emmanuel, Lucia, Martha Akolo, Amunga, Joan, Jacob Majimbo, Lucia Jnr. Musa, Abraham, Timothy, the late Sirila, the late Julia, the late Viginia, the late Junior. Step daughter of the late Beverly Shikuku and Fridah Shikuku. Sister in-law of Willie Owusu, Kennedy Akolo, Ashiraf Abdurakhman and Sealobheng Sengwatse. Aunty of Nestor, Lateley, Odima, Dolly Madanji, Mothusi Madanji and many more.
Daily meetings are being held every evening from 5pm at Madaraka Estate, MF 19. Main fundraiser will be held on Wednesday 9th November at The Kenya National Theatre from 5pm.
There will be a funeral service on Friday 11th November 2016 at Lavington Holy Trinity Church.
Burial will be held on Saturday 12th November at Kiminini Scheme Kitale.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Dr. Mark Samuel Gachau Theuri on the 28th October 2016 in South Africa. He was studying for his Masters Degree in Anatomical Pathology at the prestigious University of Cape Town.
Mark was the son to the late Charles Muthuri Theuri and Nester Wanja Theuri. Loving brother of Daniel Waihenya, John Muchira (USA), Andrew Muchira and Mary Wangechi Theuri-Pipes (USA). Uncle of Cameron Theuri Pipes and Cassidy Wanja Pipes. Cousin of Mukami Maina Macharia, Leon Kago, Njeri Muchiri-Chachah, Johnson Maina (USA), William Muthuri (USA), Dr. Koi Muchira Tirima, Dr. Eva Nderu among others. There will be a meeting at the Nairobi Baptist Church today Wednesday, November 9th 2016 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home for a memorial service at the Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road on Friday, November 11th 2016 starting at 10am followed, by final rites and cremation at the Lang’ata Crematorium.

Master Alvin Nderitu was granted his angel wings on 7th November 2016 following a sudden illness. He spent his last moment with his loving parents and grandfather at home- Othaya, Nyeri. Alvin had a unique character and way of communication that was well understood. It was fascinating to see him develop and master the art of speech. The love we had for Alvin will remain engraved in our heart.Truly our only Alvin was lovable. Alvin is survived by his loving parents, Dr. James Nderitu (KNH) and Grace Macharia (KNH). Professor was internationally renowned for the pivotal role he played in South Africa’s 1994 peaceful democratic political transition.
