Peter Njiiri, James Mwangi, Esther Njeri, Margaret Nyambura and the  late David Karanja. Sister of David Githutha, Njeri Laban and Ruth Daniel. Step Sister of the late Kiruthi Njiiri, Muruga Njiiri, Karuimbo, Kigo Njiiri among others.
Loving grandmother of Waithira, Mugwe, Nyambura, Wainaina, Njuguna. Kariuki, Robert, Kiriga among others and a great grandmother of many. Mother-in-law of Margaret, Ruth, Florence (Wakiriga) and Jane Karanja.
Family and friends are meeting at Blue Springs (Thika Road), Abbey Hotel (Nairobi) and her home at Mairi, Kamunya Village for prayers and arrangements every day from 6pm.
The cortege leaves AIC Gichumu Mortuary on 16th December 2016 at 8.30am. The funeral service will be held at her home in Mairii, Kamunya village 10am, followed by burial on the same day at her home.

Sr Sabina Cyrilla Magembe

It is with humble submission to God’s will that the little sisters of St Joseph (Kilgoris Sisters) announce the death of Sr Sabina Cyrilla Magembe which occurred on Sunday December 4th at Mater Hospital.
Beloved daughter of the late Maurice Magembe and Clemencia Sigara.
The funeral programme is as follows:
On Wednesday December 14th 2016 – Requiem Mass at Regina Caeli Parish Karen at 10am.
On Thursday December 15th 2016 the cortege leaves Mater Mortuary for Kilgoris with a stopover at her home village for Mass after which the cortege proceeds for Virgil Mass at St Joseph Convent (Kilgoris).
 
Requiem Mass and burial will be at the sisters’ cemetery on Friday December 16 2016 at 10am.

Funeral planning meetings daily at her home in Laare and two meetings at St. Andrews PCEA, Nairobi on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th Dec starting at 5.30pm.
Funeral service shall be held at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Laare, Meru from 11.30am on Friday the 16th December 2016.
Burial will thereafter take place on the same day at her home at Kiani Kia Baimula/Mwerontuamuo.

Husband of the late Jane Waithira, Father of Julia Wambui and John Mwai, Dennis Mwangi and Peggy Nyawira. Brother of Diana Wambui, Joyce Nyawira, Phoebe Wanjiru and Philip Mwai. Brother-in-Law of Muchiri J.N., John Wanyoike, Duncan Muriuki and Jane Wanjiku. Cousin of late Wachira Kihara, late Wachira Ndigirigi, Wachira Chege, Wachira Wamithi,Wachira Gakungu, Humphrey Wamithi and many others.
