It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of our Mum Loise Wagatu Njiri on Tuesday night (14th March 2017) after a short illness. She hails from Ithareini village, Kabare, Kirinyaga.

Wife of the late Gerald Njiri Keratu. Mother of Faith and the late Ephraim Muriuki, Jediel and Josphine Njine, Dorothy and Major Gen. (RTD) P. lkenye (Nairobi), Shadrack and Janet Mwaniki (Machakos), John and Irene Muchira, the late Gilbert Thiaka, Agnes and Pastor Ndegwa, the late Alex and Rose Makanga, Stella and Paul Mwaura (Thika), Nancy and Charles Njenga (Nairobi), Nyaga and Margret, Chomba and Esther and the late Njogu and Winnie. She had 40 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at her Ithareini home from 4 pm. The cortege leaves Kibugi funeral home in Kutus on Thursday 23rd March 2017 at 9.00am.

The funeral service will take place at ACK Church of Faith Ithareini near Kabare Girls’ Secondary School and thereafter a burial ceremony at her home in Ithareini.
