It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance that we announce the passing on of our beloved Father Mzee Muliko Kimanga of Kalongo market Musalala Sub location, Ilima ward Makueni County on 12/03/2017 while undergoing treatment at Shalom Community Hospital. He was son of the late Nduku and Kimanga Kaindu. Husband of Mrs Ruth Kivinda, Brother of Beatrice, Kanungu, Kalondu, Kileu, Mutune, Wambua and many others. Brother in law of Mbaluto Mwina and Syuwai Yovu. Loving father of Nthambi, Makau, Mwende, Muema, Ndinda, Mbatha &mwikali, Muindi, Kaindu and Mumo. Grandpa to Masita, Kivinda, Ndanu, Mutinda, Mwendwa, Caro, Dennis, Muuo, Joy, Mutheu and many others. Uncle to Joel, Proffesor Munyae, David (Kuwait) Mutiso Katua, Peter Kiio,Titus Kilo, Ngwava and many others.

The cortege leaves Machakos Funeral home on Saturday 18th March 2017 at 8:00am and later funeral service and burial will be held at Kithia Village, Musalala Sub location Kilungu Location.

 

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Eunice Njeri Kithinji. Eunice Njeri rested on Sunday 12th March 2017 after a short sudden illness while visiting Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where she was on Holiday.

Mother-in-law of Hildah Munene and Sylviah Gitungo. Grandmother of Amri Munene, Zama Munene and Joshua Kirimi. Beloved Daughter of the late Stanley Njau Gitungo and the late Fridah Muthoni Njau. Daughter-in- law of the, late Peter Meru and the late Grace Kanonti, late Kainda, Kainyu, and the late Martha. Sister of Josphat Gitungo Njau, Samuel Mbuthia Njau, Peninah Wambui Gakure, Karen Wangari Chege, the late Peter Ranje Njau, and the late Phyllis Wanjiru Warui. Sister-in-law of Mukuogo, Kaari, Mbaya, the late Mwalimu, N’konge, Njeri, Mary, Peter (USA), Bundi, Miriti, Micheni, Karimi, Muthoni, Kanyua, Ndereva, Kinyua, Wanja, Muthoni, the late Riungu, Kanini, late Gatakaa among others.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily from 6pm at their home in Kahawa Sukari for Prayers a funeral arrangements.

The procession leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home (KUFH) on Tuesday 21st March 2017 at 6.30am. Mrs Eunice Njeri Kithinji will be laid to rest at theft family horne Tharaka Nithii County, Chuk.a sub- county, Kibugua, Meru.

PCEA Kahawa Sukari and PCEA Kibugua will be coordinating the burial.

Our Beloved Dad, Ten years have passed by since we watched you leave us, to rest with the Lord. Our hearts still ache with the sadness of missing you. But the memories we treasure, reminds us that a part of you remains with us forever. Your humility, courage, integrity, hard-work and selfless love, we treasure with pride. If love alone could have saved you, you would still be here. Dad, you are in our hearts, in our thoughts, in our prayers forever.

With a heavy heart, we the Gachoka family announce the passing of our beloved Juddy Gachoka after a brave battle with cancer.

Duddy passed away on 16th March 2017 at The Nairobi Hospital while undergoing treatment.

Beloved daughter of Moses and Pauline Gachoka and beloved sister of Oscar Njuguna, Geoffrey (GG) and Nelius (Nelly). Niece, Cousin and a friend to many.

Meetings are ongoing at the All Saints Cathedral Nairobi starting at 5:00pm and at   the Gachoka Residence in Kerugoya, next to Kanyotu Estate.

Funeral dates to be announced at a later date.

We thank God for the time we shared with Juddy and celebrate her life.

It is with great sorrow and acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the death of Liza Cherono Lang’at after an illness bravely-borne that occurred at Alexandria Cancer Centre, Eldoret on 12th March 2017. The late Liza Cherono Lang’at was born in 1933 at Samogeti Village in Litein, Bureti Sub-County.

Wife of Joseph Lang’at Cherengeti of Simbamoi village, lraa location in Sigowet/Soin Sub-county. Mother of Japhet, Geoffrey, Eddy, Josphat, Emily, Hon. Justice Kemei (MP Sigowet/Soin Constituency), Jophan and Job Kemey (DCC North Horr). Mother-in-law of Alice, Ann, Dr. Mutai, Emmy, Dr. Ng’eno, Sarah, Naomi and Irene. Daugher of the late Daniel Lang’at and Sarah Lang’at, step-daughter of Grace Lang’at of Boito, Rongai. Sister of the late Williter, the late Isaac, the late Rodah, Wycliff, John, Philip, the late Esther and Ann. Step-sister of Milly, the late Elijah, Stella, Sally, David, Nancy, Hellen, Charles, Betty, Ben. She left behind 43 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

The cortege left Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital on Friday 17th March 2017. Burial takes place on Saturday the 18th of March 2017 at home in Simbamoi Village, Singoronik Sub-Location.

Son of Christopher Nzoka and Redempta Kyule. Brother of Raphael, Josphat Munyao, Dickson Kithuka, Cyrus Musee, Juliana, Coleta Mutanu, Purity Kavinya, Frida Mumbe, Caroline Katike. His sisters-in-law are Kavutha Raphael, Angeline Munyao, Jane Kithuka, Purity Musee. Uncle of Faith, Mwende, Charity, Charity, Ken, Kevin, Brain, Maureen, Ngulala, Musee, Mbula, Chris, Kim, lan, Phili, Michele Mwanzia (Kamwanzi) among others. Cousin of Kyalo Musyoki, Mbithe Musyoki, Wambua Nyeleta, Kasyoka Nyeleta, Musee James, Wambua Kimeu, Faith Kimeu, Mwinzi Mutinda, Mueni Mutinda, Kimeu Wayua, Rose Wayua, Munyao Joseph, Regina Joseph, Stephen Kilo, Patricia Kiio, Mbithi Maingi, Peter Maingi, Savali Kiwa, Mumbe Kiwa among others. He is brother-in-law of Eng. Nicholas Muthui (CEO Tanathi), Antony Juma (Siaya), Benjamin Kyondo (Kilimu Pri. Sch), the late Muutu (Machakos) and Bosco Muema (Makueni). He is a grandson of Nzoka Mumo.

The cortege leaves Tribute Funeral Home on Saturday, 18/3/2017 at 9am for funeral service and burial at his father ,Christopher Nzoka’s Masimbaka village home, Kwa Mumo sub location, Kwa Mutonga location in Kitui West Sub County, Kitui County.

The cortege leaves Mater Hospital on Sunday, 19th March for Vigil Mass at Emmanuel Centre Burial takes place on Monday 20th March at Juja Farm at 10am.

A memorial service and unveiling of the cross will be held for the late Elder Dr. Sammy Tumuti Thuku.

Husband of Dr Dinah Wangui Tumuti of K.U. Father of Abraham Thuku Tumuti and his wife Mercy Wangari Thuku and Joshua Wachira Tumuti. Brother of Serah Wangui, Julieta Njoki, Gladys Wanjira and Njeri Thuku.

He was a lecturer at Kenyatta University and an elder at PCEA Kahawa Sukari. Memorial Service and unveiling of the cross will be at his Kahiga Farm in Nyeri on Saturday, March 25th 2017 at 10am.
