It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Caroline Njihia Njoroge on 4th March 2017. Wife of Dr Peter Gachangaga Njihia.

Daughter of Alexander Njoroge Kariuki and Eunice Wanjiru Njoroge. Daughter-in-law of the late White Njihia and Esther Wangui Njihia. Mother of Joy Wangui and Clare Wanjiru. Sister of Risco Kariuki, Annie Nyambura and Mercy Njeri. Sister-in-law of Wanjiru, Njoki, Murugi, Hannah, Waithaika and Waruguru.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Burton Plaza, Thika from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and at her parents’ home in Juja Farm the same time.

The cortege leaves General Kago Funeral Home on Saturday 11th March 2017 at 7:00am followed by a burial service at her rural home in Mariaguchu Location, Naivasha (Kwa White) Sub-County, Nakuru County on the same day.

 

Appreciation

We the family of the late Tfosa Wangui Mbatia Nyauma thank God for the gift of Wangui and the time and joy she shared with us as a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Matee Mukonga who was the first born of the late Ibrahim Mukonga and Martha Mwelu.

Brother of Grace Kakui, Esther Masila, Lt. Col. Julius Mukonga, Nashon Musau, Joseph Makumi, Justus Mutua and Christine Kavoo. Brother-in-law of Lt. Col Phyllis Mukonga, Sarah Musau, Elizabeth Makumi, Elizabeth Mutua. Husband of Dorcas Kamende and Meliki Mwia. Father of the late Boniface Muema, Jonhstone Musyoki, Rose Sande, Shadrack Mbinda and Bernard Maeke. Grandfather of Renson, Ntheya, Faith, Immanuel, Ibrahim, Josephine, Joshua, Mbithe, Agnes, Dorcus and Annastacia and had one great grand child.

The burial will be held on 11th March 2017 at Nganya village, Kitaingo Location, Makueni County.

Son of the late Cyprian Gachoki and late Tabitha Wanjiru. Loving husband of Albina Ciamati Ndege. Father of Purity Muthoni Kariuki, James Gachoki, John Mutembei and Dennis Fundi. Grandfather of Francis, Yvonne, Glenah, Kingston, Paul and Eleanah. Brother of the late Jacintah, late Muchira Njoki and Cyprian. Father in law of Kariuki, Ann, Gladys and Rebeccah. Son in law of late Gataria.

Family and Friends are meeting at his home Karuangi village Murinduko Kirinyaga County and Nairobi for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral Home on Tuesday 14/312017 at 9 am for funeral mass at Karuangi Catholic Church at 10am and thereafter burial at his home in Karuangi ,Murinduko.

Mother in law of Priscillah Muthama (Machakos University) Yunia Moraa, Idah Mumo and Stephen Mbithi. Grandmother of Mutheu, Ngilai, Katwele, Martha, Ngungi, Purity, Kitavi, Amilia, Mbatha, Mbithe, Kamene among others. Sister in law of Wycliff Musyoka, John Munyao, Pauline Kavesu, Agnes Nduku and the late Tumbo Ngilai, Simon Ngilai and Phoebe Katunge.

The Cortege leaves Jamii Hospital, Karatina on Tuesday 14th March 2017 for a funeral service at his home in Kibirigwi, Kirinyaga. His Life will be celebrated through a rich lineage of 21 grandchildren, many nephews and nieces.

Family and friends are meeting daily at United Kenya Club Nairobi from 5.00p.m, Benrose Motel Kangundo Road, Lakeview Estate Naivasha near Naivasha Girls – Mama Shiku’s home, and at his home Kibirigwi, Kirinyaga.

Son of the late Kitimo (Lortangole), Kochepchumba and Kojepkosgei. Husband of Dorcas Obuya Obila of GK Prison Primary School, Eldoret. Father of Juliet Yano (Kabarak University), Ivonne Yano (St Bridgit Kitale), Sharleen Yano (All Saint Kebulonik, Nandi), Sasha Yano, Shantel Yano and Sandra Yano (Harmony Christian Learning Centre, Eldoret).

Brother of Kanda, Eliseba, Kirotich, Jacob, Christine, Nickson Kipyatich (Ministry of Works, Eldoret), Loice, Sophia, Domo, Kosgei, David (CID HQ Nairobi) and Elias. The cortege leaves MTRH Mortuary on Friday 10/3/2017 at 10.00 am for prayers at his home Kimumu and later at 2.00 pm, the body leaves for Kachibora – Motosiet for an overnight vigil. Funeral service will be held on Saturday 11/3/2017 at his farm Kachibora, Trans Nzoia County.

Brother of Peter Kihuyu of Royal Media, Paul Matheri of Fairview Hotel, Susan Wangari, Stephen lgogo and the late Grace Nyambura Kabue. Son in-law of the late James Mundati Moko.

Family and friends are meeting at his home next to Ndenderu Primary School.

The cortege leaves Engineer Hospital Mortuary on Monday 13th March 2017 at 7:00 am. Funeral service and burial will take place at his farm in Kinamba, Njabini (Kanyenyaini), Nyandarua County.

Grandson of late Malachi Obiero Sigar and Felister Agutu of Ogam Yimbo, late Mathew Onyimbo and Benter Apiyo of Gem Kambare. Loving brother of Ada Nyawire, Lucy Aoko, James Dima Obiero (KU) Mirriam Anyango (Huruma Girls) Felister Zawadi, George Owuor Onyango (DJ Budda) and Mathew Onyimbo Jnr all of Unity Primary School. Uncle of Francine Caroline Adhiambo and Richard Onyango Jnr. Cousin of Ruth Auma, Oduor (Ojusi), Samson Ochieng, Erustus Dima, Sane Achieng, Edwin Odhiambo, Mike Okoth, Ruth Atieno, Felgona Wakwana, June Awuor, Ebby Atieno, Ruth Amina (KU), Felister Agutu Jnr and Nancy Akinyi.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary on 09/03/2017 for viewing and overnight vigil at their house in Nairobi South Power Quarters (Lunga Lunga Road). Final Journey starts on Friday 10/03/2017 for his ancestral home in Ogam Village, Nyamonye sub-Iocation, North Yimbo.

Burial will take place on Saturday 11th march 2017.
