1964 – 2017    It is with humble acceptance that we announce the promotion to glory of Rev. Geoffry Mwithi of Deliverance Church International Kasarani Zimmerman (DCIKZ) on Friday 12th May 2017 following a long illness
Son of Teresa Wanjiru and the late Gichuru Mwithi. He leaves behind his beloved wife Pastor Anne Mwithi (Deliverance Church Zimmerman) and children, Nancy Mwithi (ISK), Newton Gichuru (Hashi Energy), Caleb Maina (KU), Gracious Wambui (Thika Road Christian School). Brother of Charles Wamae, Eunice Wacheke (Kraska), Janet Mugo (Trains-view Academy),Chrispus Mwaniki,Alice Wairimu,Sam Gichuru (Tazama Creations), Rose Muhindi (KWFT) and Kelvin Gichuru. Brother-in-law of Rose Nyambura, Jan Sultan, Jan Ericssen, Michael Wanjau (KWS), Milkah Wachuka, Bernad Gathura, Suzanne Muthoni, Peter Muhindi and Shane Njoki. Uncle of many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at the family home in Kiamumbi off Kamiti Road at 6.00pm. A memorial service will be held on Sunday 2Ist May at DCIKZ at 3.30pm. He will be laid to rest on 22nd May at Ukombozi Green Gardens (formerly Tasia Estate) Deliverance Church Ruiru Project I grounds along Ruiru -Githunguri Road. Loving wife of Nicholas Njoka Njuru. Devoted mother f Denis Njuru Njoka of Star College, Phoebe Njoki Njoka of KESRA College and Grace Njoki Njoka of Bishop Mahiaini Junior Academy. Daughter of the late Grace Njoki Gichuki of Gachika village, Kiganjo location, Nyeri County. Sister of the late Peter Mwangi Gichuki and Caroline Wambui Kariuki. Daughter-in-law of the late Lay leader Peter Njuru Kioria and Deaconess Phoebe Njoki Njuru. Sister-in-law of Edwin Kioria, Salome Karumba, the late Stephen Githinji, Catherine Kioi, Naomi Kimotho, Lawrence Gathiga, Keziah Kimarii, Jane Kimani, John Kanguru Njuru, EutycusWambugu Njuru and Charles Kariuki Ndegwa. The cortege will depart KU mortuary at 7am for the burial service which will be held at ACK St. abas Church at 11am Thuita Village, Mathioya sub-county in Murang’a county on 19th May2017  and thereafter burial will be at their family home in Thuita Village.

Munyua (Kayole, Nairobi), Mirriam Mbugua (Olkalou West), Jane Njunge(Kiamunyi), the late Daniel Njathi. Brother of the late Lilian Njeri, the late Daniel Njathi, the late Ruth Wangui, Daudi Warui, the late Isaac Kigoko. Grandfather , great grandfather, great ,great grandfather of many.
There will be a fundraising today to assist in burial arrangements at Kokeb Hotel starting  at 5.00p.m. The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Thursday, 18/05/2017 at 8.00 am for the funeral service and burial at his farm plot No. 56 Passenga Olkalou.

We, the family of Dr. Munyua Waiyaki thank our Father Almighty first and foremost for the life of our Father, Patriarch, our Pillar and our Mentor. The Almighty gave us Daktari for close to 91 years and for that we are` trulygrateful! We acknowledge and give special thanks to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya Hon. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, Her Excellency Margaret Kenyatta and Her Excellency Mama Ngina Kenyatta for your support during this time. We also wish to thank His Excellency Dr. Evans Kidero, CS Amina. Mohamed, Rt. Hon.Raila Odinga, former and present government officials who supported us in one way or another.
Our sincere thanks also goes to the Moderator of the PCEA, PCEA Kihumo Church, Loresho PCEA Church and Church of the Torch Thogoto. Mrs. Gladys Onono Amollo (Nyar Gi Obenge)

1947-2017     In humility and full acceptance of God’s will, we announce the sudden death of MAMA on 2/5/2017 at Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu.
Born of the late Hezron Aluoch Okong’o & Roslida Okoth of Asembo, Miyare Village.

She was married to the late Catechist John Amollo Samba. Sister-in-law of Peter Aete, the late Jacob Samba, Leonard Obat & Sylvester Andaro. Mother of Plister Anyango Obinga, Petronila Akinyi Otieno, Pauline Samba Onyango, Hon. Senator Elizabeth Ongoro Masha, Late Thomas Obara, Dr. Otiende Amollo, Pauline Abiero Omuti, Edward Amollo, Christine Nanjira Obialor &-Joyce Jante Ochieng. Aunty of Vincent Owade,Arthur Owade,Virginia Saoke, Ben Shiaunda, Philemon Obenge & Caroline Akoth among other adoring nephews and nieces. She is survived by many adopted children, grandchildren and great grand-children.
There will be a final fundraising today the 16th day of May 2017 at Charter Hall (within City Hall), Nairobi, from 4 pm. The cortege leaves Aga Khan Mortuary Kisumu on 19th May 2017 at 9.00am for prayers at the St.Theresa Cathedral Catholic Church Kibuye commencing 10.00am.The cortege will depart for Uyoma at 12.00 Noon.

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Alice Kivwea Musila, at the Nairobi Hospital on 14th May 2017. Wife of the late Nathan Musila Mull. Mother to Hon. Senator David Musila, Kitui County, Richard Mull Musila, Lenah Mutua, Mary Musila, Jemimah Kasinga, Muthei Nzomo, and the late Grace Nduo. She will be missed dearly by her 34 grand-children and 80 great grandchildren. Friends and relatives are meeting daily from 5:30pm at the All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi. We are saddened to announce the death of George Shenouda which occurred in the early hours of May 13th 2017 in India where he was undergoing treatment.
Funeral meetings are taking place daily at their home in Karen and at Buruburu Hornbil from tomorrow (17th May 2017) at 5.30pm.
