Our beloved Ken was laid to rest on the 26th of May at KokuroVillage.The family would like to acknowledge with deepest thanks to the kind messages of sympathy, compassion, love and prayers received through personal visits, telephone calls, social media and your generous material and financial support. We would like to particularly thank the Chief of the defence forces General S.j Mwathethe, Commander Kenya Air force Major General S.N Thuita and Moi Air Base Commander Brigadier M.A Badi whose personal presence during burial at Kokuro ensured that Ken got the respectful and dignified send-off he deserved. We are not going to forget the support we received from Ken’s unit commanding officer at the Combat support wing Lieutenant Colonel T.K Vigisa who provided us with the information and guidance on what we needed to do immediately after the death of Ken came to our attention.
We would also like to recognise the vast individual attention we received from Major Charles Mboya and his team and from Ken’s friends and colleagues at KAF and KDF in general. We would also like to thank Mwangaza and Dago SDA churches for their steadfast spiritual guidance and not forgetting our good neighbours at Komarock Estate, colleagues at Kenya Aerotech, JKIA fraternity in general, all presiding pastors, the families from Kwale, Taita and the entire Sakwa community that firmly stood by us through out. She was born in Italy on 3/10/1947. She joined the Consolata Sisters in 1965, and after her formation went to USA for studies.
She dedicated her life to teaching and formation in Liberia, Italy and Kenya. She started and was Principal of Bishop Cavallera Girls’ Sec. School in Marsabit, Kenya until 2012. She served as a Regional Councilor, Vice Superior and Regional Superior of Kenya.
Presently she was the Regional Superior of DELK (Djibouti/Ethiopia/Liberia/Kenya)•
