Mother-in-law of Ephantus Maina, Anne Chungi, Jackson Mwangi, Dr. Joel Lessan and Margaret Wambui. Grandmother to many and Great Grandmother of Ella, Margaret and Wangari. Sister of the late Rev Zipporah, Late Wangui, Gacugi, Wangari, Gichugu, Wachira and the late Waihiga.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at 5.30 p.m at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi from Monday 19th to Thursday 22nd June, and at her residence in Wahundura Village, Murang’a County.

The cortege leaves Kiriaiini Mission Hospital Mortuary on Friday, 23 June 2017 at 9.00 am for a funeral service at ACK Wahundura Church, Murang’a County followed by burial at her home in Kiangumi.
