MUM If Roses grow in heaven Lord please pick a bunch for us, place them in our mother’s arm and tell her they’re from us
Tell her that we love her and miss her and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her check and hold her for a while.
We do it every day, but there’s an ache within us our hearts that we will never forget Your earthly struggles are long over God still whispers his assurance to us till today
Your presence we miss Your memories we treasure Loving you always Forgetting you never
DAD He never looked for praises He was never one to boast. He just went on quietly working For the one he loved the most.
His dreams were seldom spoken His words were very few And most of the time his worries went unspoken too
He was there a firm foundation Through all our storms of life A sturdy hand to hold on to In times of stress and strife A true friend we could turn to When times were good or bad
One of our greatest blessings The man that we called Dad
Dearly missed by your children Karwitha & Onuong’a, Mwendwa, Kananu & Kihumba, Makena & Mungai, Kimathi & Nasike and Kathambi together with your 13 grandchildren
