It is with deep sorrow that the Mbeo family announces the demise of Dr. Petronella Mbeo (Pet) of the University of Nairobi School of Pharmacy and Lake View Fisheries on Thursday 15 June 2017 at the Aga Khan University Hospital after a brave battle with Cancer.

Beloved wife of Hon. Ochieng’ Mbeo of Mfangano Island. Devoted mother of Michelle, Dr. Gilbert (Papa) Mbeo, Dianne and John (jay), all of USA. Daughter-in-law of the late Sen. Shelemiah Mbeo Onyango and the late Councillor Loise Auma Mbeo and Pamela Mbeo.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday 5th July at Nairobi Central S.D.A. Church from 2pm. Burial ceremony will be at Manyatta Farm, Awendo, Migori County on Friday 7th July, 2017 from 10am.
