The cortege leaves Embu funeral home Gakwegori on Friday June 30 2017 for funeral service at ACK St. Pauls Cathedral Embu starting from I 0.00am and thereafter burial at her Kivunguru home the same day.

Wife of the late Joseph Ngugi Karanja (Wakabia) and Co-wife of the late Gladys Kabura (Nana) and Mary Wanjiru. She is survived by her children Serah Kangethe, Samwel Karanja, Nancy Njoroge, Joan Maara, Edward Njomo, Bennie Nyoro and Karen Muchina. Step-mother of the late Leah Wambui, David Karanja, the late Mathew Ngigi, Jane Ruhiu (Nyina wa Wahito), Jane Muthoni, Benjamin Nyoro and Karen Wambui.

Also step-mother of Hon. James Nyoro, Jubilee Deputy Governor Nominee, Kiambu County, Ngugi (Wa Njomo) among many. Mother-in-law of Hon. Kanja Muchina, Governor aspirant, Nyandarua County among others.

Grandmother and great-grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 3.00 p.m. at her home in Gichuhiro, Gikambura for prayers and burial preparations. The cortege leaves PCEA Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on Friday, 30th June 2017 at 9.00 a.m. for the funeral service and burial at the family home in Gikambura, Kikuyu Sub-County.

Loving and caring wife of Stephen Muchene Huthu (Husten Consultants). Devoted mother to Kelvin Mwangi (Kenex), Albert Huthu (Leshau Boys High School) and Michelle Wanjiku (Westlands Primary School). Daughter to the late Joseph Mwangi and the late Christine Wangui. Daughter-in-law to Mary Wanjiku and the late Henry Huthu. Sister to Susan Wangari, Beatrice Wandia, Purity Muthoni, Eunice Wanjiru, Peter Njuguna, Winfred Nyaruai and the late Richard Weru. Family and friends are meeting daily from 6.00 pm at their home in Damacrest School, Uthiru 87 and Waithaka at the Huthu’s residence. The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on 30th June 2017 at 9.00 am to be followed by a Lirtugical Ceremony at Lang’ata Cemetery.

It is with humble acceptance of the will of God that we announce the sudden death of Engineer Ondwasi lrinyo Namulanda of Emakina wa Dindi, Kisoko sub location, Nambale Township location, Busia County, which occurred on 2Ist June 2017.

He was the son of the late Namulanda Wa Nakhumwa and the late Nasenya Ilwaka; husband to Oda Namalero Namulanda; father to Kizito, Lwanga, Gonza, Mukasa, Gyavira and Lawrencia; grandfather to Inaki, Lukka, Idoia and Joseba; father-in-law to Christine and Josephine; brother to Jonathan Mubweka, the late Daniel Otipi and the late Juma Namulanda.

Relatives and friends are meeting at 5:30pm daily at the family residence in Mountain View Estate, Nairobi. Funeral and burial arrangements shall be communicated.
