Brother to Grace Njeri, John Njihia, John Kabuba, Rachael Wambui, the late Douglas Kariuki, late Henry Kamau, late Rahab Wangari, late Joseph Njuguna, late Danson Gikuri, late Ruth Nyambura (Nyambia) and late Susan Wangui Riunga.

He was father to Esther Wairimu Karanja, Jonahan Mwangi, Paul Macharia, Anne Wacuka, Elizabeth Wangari, Joseph Kariuki, Sarah Wangui Toft, Peter Kimani and David Mwangi. Father in Law to the Late Nahashon Karanja, Lily Wanjiku Mwangi, the late Hellen Wangui Macharia, Judy Njambi Macharia,Veronicah Karuri Kariuki, Jacinta Nyambura Kimani and Piere Toft. Grandfather and Uncle to many.

Cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home Nakuru on Friday 4th August 2017 at 9.00 am. Prayer service and burial will take place in his Ng’ondu farm, opposite Egerton University, Njoro same day.

Cousin of Violet, oshua, Albert, Oliver, Velmah, Nickson, Tyson, Wycliffe, Beryl and Victor. Father of Lissa and Rense. Uncle of Rijkaard, Blessing, Kimberline, Daren, Neal, Amelia, Lindsey, Muirel, Uri-Isaac Hadassah and Kiren. In-law of Michael, Frank, Felix, Perpetual, Hardforce and Damaris.

He died on 25th July, 2017 at the Guru Nanak Hospital Nairobi after a short illness. The cortege leaves Guru Nanak Hospital Mortuary on 2nd August, 2017 for burial at his home in Serem (Kapsang’anyi Village),Vihiga County, Hamisi division on Friday 4th August, 20 I 7.
