After a long illness, bravely borne, it is with great sadness that we announce the death of Augustine Oyugi Kinara, on 24th November 2017 in Nairobi.

Son of the late Sylvester Nyakundi and the late Maria Severia Nyanchoka. Loving husband of Anne Marie Kinara. Father of Michael Asati and Ben Mogaka. Brother of Teresia, Jane, Peter Ongeri, Julia Okora, Rose Myusoka, Jacob  Omwansa and Anna. He is the Brother-in-law of Teresa Ongeri and Damaris Omwansa. He is blessed with two grandchildren, Bundi Mogaka and Amani Nyaboke.

A Memorial Mass will be conducted at Consolata Shrine in Westlands, Nairobi on Monday December 4th at 8:30 a.m. The Cortege will leave Consolata Church at 10a.m. for his home in Nyangena, Kisii. He will be buried at his home on Tuesday December 5th. The funeral service and thereafter burial will start at 10 a.m.

Fundraising will be held on Friday December 1st at the family’s home in Valley Arcade, Nairobi, Leroghi Gardens opposite Peace Court, between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Donations may also be made via Mpesa Paybill number 891300. Account: KINARA.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing on of Jacinta Achieng Amina (Chichy) of Stanbic Bank, Nakuru Branch who was found murdered in her house on 24/11/2017.

Daughter of John Martin Amina formerly of Kenya Prisons HQ and Sophia Agutu of Alego, Siaya County. Sister of Mercy Alwal, Lucy Chaves, Pauline Nasoro and Walter Emmanuel Amina. Niece, Cousin and an Aunt of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily in Tumaini House, Nairobi from 6 pm. A wake service to celebrate her life will be held at Christ Church Westlands today Friday 1st December, 2017 at 5:45 pm.

There will be a fundraising on Tuesday, 5th December 2017 to help defray the funeral expenses.

The requiem mass will be held on Thursday 7th December 2017 at Our Lady of Mercy Church (within Industrial Area Prison) as from 5.30 pm. The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on Friday 8th December 2017 and makes a brief stopover at the Good Shepherd ACK Church in Nakuru before proceeding to her father’s home in Siaya.

The burial will be on Saturday 9th December 2017 at her father’s home in Uyoma Village, North Alego, Siaya County.
