Sister-in-law of Eng. Pierre Hoffer, Amb. Michael Oyugi, Robert Ouko, and Quinta Alando.

Son of the late Rose Mutitu Kang’auro.

Cherished husband of the late Beatrice Sekenet Njururi. Devoted father of the late Darlington Santaua, twins the late Eddie Sekento and West Mugo, Rosy Wachira, Samson Mureithi and Ann Wanjiru.

Brother to Molly,the late Grace, Jumbe, the late Ricky, the late David, the late Peter, the late Tonnie and the late Jaqueline.

Son in-law of the late Edward Barnoti Sekento and Hannah Wanjiru Sekento. Brother in-law of the late Naomi, Mary, George, William, Priscilla, Lorna, the late Joan, the late Jonathan, the late Sadat, the late James, Loise, the late Rodha, Janet, Samuel, Sirere, Ntari, Nadupoi and the late Tinina.

Father in-law of Charles Wachira and Njeri Mungai.

Njururi’s life was driven by his profound love for his motherland, Kenya and his unwavering commitment to the profession of Journalism.

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Elder Mrs Isabella Tirindi Mwara, who peacefully rested on June 15, 2025.

Isabella was the cherished daughter of the late M’Mwitari and Bilha, and a loving sister of Nchekei, Ngaku and Sylvia, the late Karani and Kaburu.

She was the wife of the late Oswald Mwara, and a caring mother of Kagendo, Mrs Catherine Karimi Micheni (formerly of the Ministry of Education), Kirimi, Gituma, and Bundi.

She was a beloved mother-in-law of Mbaka, Prof. Micheni Ntiba, Kagweni, Caroline, and Nelly.

A doting grandmother of Kawira, Kathomi, Njagi, Murithi, Mutembei, Mugambi, Muguna, Gaitugi, Ian, Innocent, Brenda, and Branice. She was also a proud great-grandmother of Gatwiri, Njoroge, and Amani.

Isabella lived a life anchored in faith, and her unwavering spirit was a beacon of strength and inspiration to all who knew her.

Family, friends, and the church community are meeting daily at her Mukuuni home for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The funeral service will take place at P.C.E.A Mutaruni Church, on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, followed by burial at Kathangarini village, Mukuuni Location, Chuka South Sub-County,Tharaka-Nithi County.

Peter was the beloved son of Anthony Macharia and Lucy Njoroge, husband of Susan Wamuyu, and loving father of Anthony Njoroge.

He was a dear brother of Eliud Kimotho and James Kirugi.

Brother-in-law of Valentine Ngatha, John Kibe, and Ann Nyawira.

He was a cherished uncle of Chloe Muthoni and son-in-law of Lucy Kibe and Peter Waithaka.

He was a grandson of Peter Macharia, Esther Wanjiru, Muriuki, and the late Susan Kirnotho. Peter was a friend, cousin, nephew, and colleague to many.

The burial will take place on 23rd June 2025 Kabati, Muranga County.

It is with profound sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mama Julia Musanga Lukhalo on 31st May, 2025 at Mbale Teaching and Referral Hospital after a long ailment bravely borne.

She was the beloved wife of Lazarus Lukhalo Mutasya of Imakata Village. Mother of Zipporah Khatunyi, Nixon Tangale (Sammy), Madam Velma Dalitsu, Lilian lminza, Pst. Benson Mutasya, the late Davies Mutasya, and Eucabeth Mutasya.

Daughter of the late Ibrahim Andole and the late Ebby Khalamwa. Sister of Ruth Shivikhwa, the late Isaiah, the late josephat, Samuel Andole, Peninah, the late Debla, the late Pope Andole, and Susan Andole (USA).

Daughter-in-law of the late Athanas Mutasya and Lay Pastor Truphena Inlinza. In-law of Harun, Mark, the late Kenneth, Samuel, Beatrice, Conceptor, the late Fredrick, Hezron, Kevina, and Timothy. Beloved aunt, grandmother and great grandmother to many.

A Society Memorial Service will be held on 20th June 2025 followed by an interment on Saturday, 21st June, 2025 at 9:00 am at her home in Iremele, lmakata Village, Kakarnega County.

He will be laid to rest on 4th of July 2025 at his home in north east Kadem location of Nyatike Sub-county in Migori County.

With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing on of our beloved Family Patriarch, Tata Ndambuki Kivuvo Kyenze, of Mutiuku Village, Kyawango Location, Mwala Sub-County, Machakos County.

Tata was the son of the late Kivuvo Kyenze Ngili and the late Ngindo Kivuvo, and husband of the late Kamonthe Ndambuki and the late Sarah Kalunde Ndambuki.

Father of the late Kimondiu Ndambuki, Phyllis Ndunge (Nduki) Nzivo, Ruth Mbithe, Japheth and Beatrice Ndambuki (USA), Joseph and Faith Kilee, Julius and Janet Kyenze, Daniel and Anne Mualuko, Ann Mwikali, the late Jonathan Kimuli, Elizabeth Ndungwa and Patrick Musya.

Tata was grandfather of fourty-four grandchildren, including Rose Mwangangi, Stephen Mutunga, Joseph Kioko, Victor Kivuvo, Gloria Nduku, Damaris Musya, Brian Ndambuki, David Ndambuki, Claire Mualuko, Mercy Mwelu, Carol Kilee, Rony Ngili, Japheth Kithome among others. He was great-grandfather of thirty-four including Evelyne, Nancy, Eric, Purity, Emmanuel, Dennis, Zuri, Jonathan, Becca, Emsley and great-great-grandfather of thirteen.

He was brother of the following who are all deceased: Kamene, Muthike, Sarah Kaviti, Monicah Nziva, Ngyema and Joseph Kisila Kivuvo.

He was also cousin of Benjamin Mutunga Kiilu, the late Musau Kivuvo, Ngwani Kivuvo,Thomas Ndambuki Kiilu and also nephew, brother-in-law, and uncle of John Luusa, Col. (Rtd) David Kisila, Lt. Col. (Rtd) Jonathan Kisila, Agnes Kisila, James Kyula, Dr Benjamin Musau, and many beloved relatives.

The funeral service and burial will take place on Saturday, 28th June 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EAT at his home in Mutiuku Village, Kyawango Location, Mwala, Machakos County.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Paul Githi, former student at St. Elizabeth School, Karen. Paul passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital (ICU) Langata on 17th June, 2025, after a courageously fought long itlness.

He was the cherished son of Fidelima Nyambura Mwangi and David Karuga Kigunda, grandson of the late Regina Mwangi, nephew of the late Charlie Mwangi, the late Antony Kyengo, Kushi Daniel, and the late Erique Maingi (Force). He was a loving cousin of Myrah, Darryl, Sade, and jibo Kyengo.

Family and Friends are meeting daily for funeral arrangements at the mother’s residence at Panaroma Apartments, Ndwaru Rd from 5:00pm.

There shall be a Service and a Fundraiser in aid of settling the medical bill on Sunday 22″ June 2025 at Panaroma Apartments, Ndwaru Rd as from 2:00pm.

The funeral service will be held on 26th June 2025, at his Cucu’s home in Ruai, right behind Ruai Girls Secondary School. The funeral service be held at St. Gabriels Ruai starting at 12:00 P.M.

Beloved husband of the late Mama Rebecca Buyaki Okemwa. He was a cherished father of Dr. Florence Mwango (USA), Elijah Mogonchi, Jane Moraa (formerly Kisii Mwalimu SACCO), Advocate Tom Nyangoto, Dr. Evelyne Boyani (USA), Dr. Leonida Kenyansa (USA), and Justin Ombiro.

Father in-law of Prof. Reuben Marwanga, Grace Kerama, Eucabeth Anyona, and Caleb Moitui. Korera of the late (Henry Marwanga, Kerama, Anyona, and Moitui).

Cherished grandfather of Loide, Rob, and Moraa-Bitutu (Florence’s Children); Brandon, Brenda, Edith, and Rebecca (Elijah’s children); Kevin, Angela and Dr. Brian Onyancha (Jane’s children); Winnie and Nyangara Junior (Tom’s children); Ken and Kayla (Evelyne’s children); Lance, Llyod and Levi (Leonida’s children), and Caylee, Carden, and Jeremy (Justin’s children). He had five great grandchildren Melissa,Tinashe, Randall, Zavi, and Zachary.

Mzee Jeremiah Nyang’ara Okemwa Kimori will be laid to rest at his home at Kineni Village, on Friday 27th, June 2025.
