We the family of Rahab Nyang’endo Wambugu extend our gratitude to St Andrews Church, Nairobi together with Prof Daniel Ichang’i, Veronica Wambugu, Joe Karanja & the Woman’s Guild for walking us/ with us through to the day we buried her henceforth.

We deeply appreciate both the medical team at the Shree Swaminarayan Hospital, Lang’ata that served her in the final days of her life and Montezuma Funeral Parlour in Nairobi. We appreciate all others who have played supportive roles in the process.

Our sincere gratitude go to you; relatives, friends and neighbours for your messages of condolences and comfort, the kindness and sympathy shown to us, moral and financial support, your overall presence during this period of mourning the i6ss of our loved one and specifically for being there with us at the point of the interment of our beloved mother, grandmother, sibling and aunt.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements in his home Gitombo and Sport View Hotel Kasarani.

The cortege leaves KU Referral Funeral Home bypass on Friday 26″ September 2025 at 8.00am for funeral service at PCEA Gitombo Church from 10.00am and thereafter the body will be laid to rest at his home in Gitombo Village Komothai Location Githunguri Kiambu County.

We, the family of the late Anthony John Wainaina (Tony) extend our deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love, support and kindness we  received following Tony’s hospitalisation and passing on 27 August 2025.

Your prayers, visits, messages, calls and thoughtful gestures have strengthened and comforted us during this most difficult time.

It is with great sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs Mary Wanjiru Thuo of Nairobi West, Nairobi County. She went to be with the Lord on the morning of Saturday 20th September 2025. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and love for Christ.

She was the wife of the late Joseck Thuo Ngeta. She was beloved mother of James and Jane Ngeta, grandmother of Mary Tiff Wanjiru, Noni and Mutua and Bryan Thuo. Great grandmother of Jabu and Mutanu.

She was the loving daughter of the late Joseck Kariuki Chege and the late Mercy Waceke. Sister of the late Geoffrey Chege wa Joseck, the late Lizzie Thuita.

Daughter in-law of the late Jesse Ngeta and the late Julia Mukami. She was sister in-law of the late Kariuki, late Kimari, late Wacuka, Elida, Kanyoko, Kiruiru, the late Geoffrey, late Ngahu, Bernice, late Esther, Diana, Phyllis, Helen, Mary, Rachael, Jane, Dionisio (Msa), late Maina (Msa) Mary, late Wangui, Margaret, late Macharia, Grace and Muraya (Msa).

There will be a memorial service at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi on Sunday 28th September 2025 at 2:00pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Kabati, Murang’a County on Tuesday 30th September 2025 at 8:00am followed by church service at ACK St. Phillips Kiamuturi, Mathioya Sub-County, Murang’a County starting from 11:00am, thereafter the procession will proceed to her resting place at her home in Kiamuturi.

Family and friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi from Tuesday 23rd to Friday 26th September 2025 from 5:30pm, and at her home in Kiamuturi at 5:00pm.

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Jael Triza Nabalayo Lukorito on 16th September 2025 following a swimming incidence at school.

Jael Triza Nabalayo Lukorito was a beloved daughter of Eng. Zacharia Lukorito Chepkania (KEBS) and Bernadine Barasa (KENAS). She was a beloved sister of Marvin Chepkania Lukorito and Edgar Wasike Lukorito.

She was a grand daughter of Francis Katiba Chepkania & Eunice Khakasa, and Daniel Barasa Masinde & Marcian Barasa of Kibisi Sublocation, Mbakalo Location in Bungoma North.

She was niece of Nyongesa Munialo, Mutoro Munialo, Patrick Pwaipwai, Terry Lumbasi Chepkania, Joan Wambani, Celestine Barasa, Genetrix Barasa, Adelide Barasa, Godfrey Masinde, Edward Wasike, Sis. Christabel Barasa, Betty Barasa amongst many.

She was a grade 6 Learner at Syokimau Blessed Assurance Academy.

The family and friends are meeting daily at Syokimau Estate home from 5:00 p.m. and at their rural homes in Mwaita (Cherengany’) and Kibisi.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home on Friday, 26th September 2025 for Cherengany Home in Mwaita Area, Kapterit Village near Bwake Boys High School. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, 27th September 2025 starting at 09:00 am.

There be a memorial service on Wednesday, 24th September 2025 at their residence in Syokimau Estate, Mwananchi Road, Mau Summit Court Starting at 6:00 p.m. and thereafter followed by a fundraiser at same venue.

Wife of the late Pancras Esiro Wesonga Bwibo and co-wife of the late Dorothy Musundi, late Prisca Narocso, late Ruth Wekalao, late Josephine Musenya.

Mother of the late Jackson Bwibo, the late Khalid ‘Maiish1 Bwrbo, the late Charles Bwibo, Julius Bwibo, Kennedy Shaheed Bwibo and David Shikuku Bwibo. Thereafter, the cortege leaves for Namawanga in Kimilili for an overnight vigil and mass on Thursday 25th September 2025 at 10:00arn. The cortege will then proceed to Marachi, Enango Village for another vigil and mass and burial rites.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Wycliffe Juma Levi Ameka, of Lumino – Soy, formerly of KWS on 14th September 2025 after a short illness.

Beloved husband of Joyce Awinja Ameka. Cherished father of Frank Ameka, Diana Ameka, Eileen Ameka and Bellah Ameka.

He was a dear brother of the late Omondi Ameka, the late Stephen Ameka, the late Miriam Ngonze, Ruth Ameka, the late Toyo Ameka, the late David Ameka, Joan Ameka, Pamela Ameka, Miller Ameka, Sammy Ameka, Philip Ameka and Silah Ameka. Wycliffe was a respected grandfather, father in law, brother in law, uncle, and friend to many.

Burial will be at his farm in Soy on 24th September 2025.

George was the beloved husband of Catherine Karimi Mutiiria and the cherished father of Annrose Kagwiria, Fridah Mwendwa, Isaiah Muriithi, Martin Muriuki, Dr. Flavio Mugendi, and Jane Liz Kathomi.

He was a proud father-in-law of Linus Owire, John Mburu, Faith Mwikali, Lillian Muthoni, and joe Kariuki.

George was a devoted grandfather of Vivian Kinya,Victor Muthomi,Valeria Kiende, Georgina Njambi, George Gaiti, Jeffrey Muthomi, Francis Munyao, Veronica Karimi, Amani Nkatha, Imani Nkirote and Imam Mureti. He was great grandfather of Crystal Bakita.

He was a son-in-law of the late Mwiandi Ntaugu and the late Agnes Muthoni, and a brother-in-law of Margaret Kaimuri, the late Justin Gitari, the late Trizah Wanja, the late Paul Pius Mugo, the late Solomon Kibaara, the late Evelyne Kanjiru, the late Evangeline Kathure, Rose Murungi, Jacinta Nkonge, and Irene Mwaki.

The funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday 27th September 2025 at his home in Kithangari Village, Igoji from 11:00 am.
