Wife of the late Simon Chabi Ngatunyi. She was mother of Lilian Muthoni. the late Eric Chabi, Brian Kang’ethe, Felix Muthura and Reagan Chabi.

She was sister of Faridah Khalid (Shiro), Vanessa Gathogo, Kiki Ahmed and Hashim Ahmed.

She was sister-in law of the late Catherine and Eustance Muraguri the late Apollo Muthura, Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Wachuga (Mama Irene) the late Eliud & Rose Kimotho, Mary Nyambura and the late Harrison & Susan Kinyua, Christopher Gachara and Sam Kihanya. Auntie to many.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025 at Lavington United Church at 11.00am.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Thursday, 25th September, 2025 at 7.00am for burial and interment at Kirimukuyu village, Kaiyaba location, Karatina, on the junction of Bishop Ng’andu Girls.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mzee Joseph Kamau Njigua of Githunguri Village, lyego in Kangema, Murang’a County which occurred on Thursday 18th September 2025 at Mater Hospital Nairobi.

He was the son of the late Njigua Ndaiga and late Wairire.

He was a loving husband of the late Jane Freshiah Wambui and later of Joyce Nyambura. Father of Lucy Gakundi, Geoffrey Irungu, John Kimani, Wilson Ndaiga, Stephen Muchiri, Lydia Munene, Susan Chege, Pauline Kamau and Nelius Muthoni Kamau.

Father-in-law of Geoffrey Gakundi, Liz Irungu, Rachel Kimani, Grace Muchiri, Jotham Munene, Peter Chege and George Muiga. Grandfather to many.

Funeral arrangements are ongoing in Nairobi and at his home in Githunguri Village, lyego.

There will be a memorial service at Citam Church Valley Road on Wednesday 24th September 2025 at 10:00AM.

The burial will take place at his home in Githunguri Village, lyego, Kangema, Murang’a County. The cortege will leave KU Referral Mortuary Funeral home on the 25th September 2025 at 7:30 AM.

Bornice was the loving daughter of the late Daniel Arap Sinei (Chepkaigat), the late Rael Sinei, and the late Elizabeth Sinei of Kimulot Ward, Barnet County,

She was the wife of the late Samuel Kimetet Soi and co-wife to Esther Soi.

She was a cherished sister of Sally, Ruth, Joseah, the late Joel, Grace,Annah, the late Rebecca, Samuel, Eunice, Joyce, Rose, the late Sarah, Mary, Joseph, Zeddy, Emily, Lily, Jane, Phillip, Agnes, Betty, and Judith.

She was a beloved mother of Kenneth, Lily, Robert, Sherryn, Daniel, Davis, Joan, Raymond, Carol, Martin, Vanessa, Faith, Newton. Step-mother of the late Janeth, the late John, Isaiah, the late Richard, Alice, Joseah, Jane, Joyce, Irine, Hellen, and Willord.

She was also a sister-in-law of David Soi, David Maritim, Rael Ruto, Sophia Sang, and many others. She was an aunt of many, and a treasured grandmother to many.

The cortege leaves the Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary in Nairobi on the 23rd of September, 2025, followed by a requiem mass at Immanuel AGC Kericho starting at 2:00 p„m. Thereaffer, the procession will proceed to her home in Kapsinendet Village

She will be laid to rest on the 24th of September, 2025, at her home in Kapsinendet Village, Kimulot Ward, Bomet County. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 a m.

Grandfather of Joy Wambui and Sharon Wambui. He was also a treasured uncle and cousin of many.

Justice Ochieng’ was the son of Joseph Ochieng’ Kijana and Felister Aor Ochieng’ (both deceased).

He was the loving husband of Dr. Angela Adhiambo Andago (UoN) and beloved father of Linda, Jaqueline, Martin, Joy and Patricia; father-in-law of John Waraga Wachira; grandfather of Antonia, Angelina, Avi, Austin and Matthew.

Brother of Edward Ong’injo, Anthony Olwande (both deceased), Patrice Odude, Alloyce Obiero (deceased), Victor Owino, Richard Ameny, Anastasia Lugoma and Alice Maureen Mwanda.

He was the son-in-law of Austin Francis Orowe (deceased) and Mrs. Bridget Orowe of Kisumu- Kanyakwar.

Brother-in-law of Pamela Ong’injo, Anne Olwande (deceased), Jacinta Odude, Jackline Obiero, Joyce Owino, Harriet Ameny, Winston Lugoma, Debra Orowe, Idah Orowe, Dr. Stan Orowe„ Julius Orowe and Lawrence Orowe.

He was the loving husband of Elizabeth Gathoni Mbuthia, father of Joseph Maina, Lucy Wangui, Susan Nungarl and Esther Wamuyu.

He was the son of the late Micheck Njuki Mwangangi and the late Martha Wangui Gachihi. Brother of the late Norman Gachihi and Sarah Kiragu. Brother-in-law of the late Beethoven Kiragu, the late Simon & Loise Njagi, Maj Gen (Rtd.) Joseph & Julia Mugo, Peter & Lydia Njoroge, the late Jotham & the late Jane Njeri Maina, the late Samuel & the late Mumbi Machira, the late Esther Wamuyu and the late Winifred Wambugo. He was a father-in-love, uncle and grandfather to many.

There will be a Requiem Mass at Holy Trinity Church Buruburu Phase 1 on Tuesday 23rd September 2025 at 3.00pm.

The burial will take place at his home in Gathugu illage Karatina town on Thursday 25th September 2025 at 11.00am.
