Albert Kariuki Theuri

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Albert Kariuki on 25th March 2026 after a long illness bravely borne.

Albert was the loving husband of Peris Maitha Kariuki of Buruburu, Nairobi.

He was the first born son of the late Stanley Theuri and the late Agnes Wanjugu Theuri of Marmanet, Nyahururu. He was the son-in law of the late Robert Nyaga and the late Esther Kori of Manyatta, Embu County.

Albert was the loving father of Tony Theuri (Nairobi): Nyaga (USA) and JanetWanjugu (Dallas, USA).

He was the cherished brother of the late Boniface Karanja, Dickson Theuri, Stephen Mwangi, Florence Githiri, Lawrence Mureithi, Benson Theuri and Winfred Wahu. He was a calm uncle and grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Buru Buru Phase S residence.

There will be a prayer meeting at St. Andrew’s Church. Nairobi on 7th April 2026 from 5.00 p m.

The cortege will depart from Montezuma Funeral Home, Mbagathi Way at 6.00 a m on 10th April 2026 for burial on the same day at his Marmanet farm, Nyahururu, Laikipia County.
