Anna Nthenya Njeri Githua

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing on of our beloved mother Anna Nthenya Njeri Githua on 26th February 2026.

She was a loving wife of late Paul Githua Murinda and a c.o. wife of the late Ruth Wagikuyu Githua.

She was a cherished daughter of the late Joseph Kirega Rabagia and the late Mary Wahu Kirega.

Loving Mother of Monica Wabiri, late Peter Kinyanjui, late Mary Wahu, Joseph Kirega, Dr. John Njoroge, James Muturi, late Dr Patrick Njuguna, Janelucy Ngendo and late Teresia Wanjiru. Step mother of Monicah Wabiri (Jr), Peter kinyanju (jar) and Francis Muthondeki.

A loving mother in-law of the late Peter Muiruri, Grace Kinyanjui. late josphat Kimani, Rose Kirega, Nancy Njoroge. Jane Muturi, Fridah Mutemi and Hannah Waruguru.

For prayers and moral support to the Family, friends are meeting daily at juja Farm Gikumari Village. In addition there will be Mass on 4th March, 2026 at Landless Estate Thika at (Joseph Kirega’s Residence), and at Riverside Estate Thika (Dr. Njoroge’s Residence) on Thursday 5th March starting at 6.00 p.m.

Requiem Mass at her home Juja Farm Gikumari Village on Saturday 7/3/2026 at 2pm.

The final celebration of the late life of our Mother will be at the Sacred Heat of Jesus Cathedral Muranga on Tuesday 10th March, 2026 and thereafter interment at Njugoini Sub-location Kiharu Division, near Embassy (Matiba’s Residence) at 1 pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Kabati on Tuesday 10th March 2026 at 7.00 AM
