It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mzee Joshua Nyamache Omasire of Nyansiongo/Gesima Settlement Scheme, Rigoko, which occurred on 12th April 2021. Originally from Bomabacho, Omokonge location Nyamira County.

Son of the late Mokamba Omasire and the late Sarange Omasire. Beloved husband to Alice Nyanchoka & Hepsibah Nyanchama. Brother to the late Bosibori Ondicho, the late Onchoke, the late Osumo, the late Mobegi and the late Teresa, Jerusha Kerubo, Mandere Nyachieo and Nyambuti Omasire.

Father of Daniel Mbithi Sila (Kyevaluki), Stephen Nzyoki Sila (KRA Nairobi), Benjamin Kisoi Sila (Legacy Auctioneers Nakuru), Dr. Martha Mueni Sila (State Department of Agricultural Research and Development), Esther Nthambi Kubondo (Principal Kapsinendet Central Secondary School Bomet), Dr. Ruth Kavata Sila (USA), Faith Mutheu (USA), Justice Munyao Sila (High Court, Mombasa), Kavindu Ward (USA).

Father-in-law of Hellen Mbithi, Catherine Nzyoki, Betty Kisoi, Richard Kubondo, Linda Munyao and Javel Ward. Doting Grandfather of Tabitha, Joseph, Esther, Sam, Maurice, Mark, Joy, Victor, Peace, James, Jude, Mercy, Jeff, Sila, Lati, Wendo, Joy and Jamie. Mentor and Uncle to many.

He will be laid to rest on Saturday, 17th April, 2021, at his home in Kyevaluki Sub-location, Kangundo, Machakos County. NB: Adherence to the MoH Covid-19 Protocols and Guidelines will be observed.

We are deeply saddened by the passing on of Director James Okiro Akello formerly of National Council of Science and Technology (NACOSTI) and founder of Janeiro Academies and Janeiro Nursing Home.

He was son to the late Azariah Akello and lscah Nyakado of East Kochia, Kamenya Location, Ongeti Village Homabay County.

He was a loving husband to Jane Atieno Akello, much Loved father to Edner Akello Weje of USA, Azariah Akello (Businessman Homabay), Dorcas Akello (WKUC), Asernarth Akello (NSSF), the late Eddie Akello and Esther Akello (Business Lady).

Cherished brother to the late Rael Odero of Nyakach, Eucabeth Migun of Karachuonyo, Jane Atieno Mboya of Karachuonyo, Perez Akello Kasibo, Tom Akello, Azariah Akello and Washington Akello.

He was a loving uncle to the late Loryne Mboya,Yvonne Mboya, Clife Mboya and Rose Olweru of Seme. Son in law to the late John Otieno Osuo, the late Esther Auma and Grace Ogutu of Wagwe Kobiero Village. Adored Brother in law to the late Nelson Ndege, the late Albert Madoro, the late Charles Okoth, Phillip Opiyo, Wilkister Akoth, Pamela Adongo and Rose Apiyo

He was a respected father in-law to Joshua Weje of USA, Calvin Jagongo of K PLC (Mombasa), Rodgers Ogongo of Sky Fm, Kevin Oguda (Businessman) and Sylvia Ochieng (Businesswoman). He was a doting grandfather to Fidel, Adrian, Eddie, Dinah, Dyllan, Nyla, Cayden, Alma, Giovanni and James.

The cortege leaves Avenue Hospital Mortuary Kisumu on Friday 23/4/2021 for burial in his family home in Kochia East, Kamenya Sub Location, Ongeti Village Homabay County. This will be led by SDA Church Kenya Lake conference.

No one can fill the gap you have left, you will surely be missed.

Daughter of the late Wanjiru and Karehu Kibe of Gicobo village. Sister of many. Loving wife of the late Nathan Nduati of Mariai-ni village. Daughter-in-love of the late Nahashon Muriu and Elisheba Wairimu. Sister- in-love to many.

Adorable mother of Jane Njogu, Margaret Nduati, John Nganga, Catherine Nduati, Mary Wanjiku, Jemimah Muriuki, Anne Nduati and Kennedy Nduati. Step-mother of Elijah and Lydia Nduati. A loving mother-in- love of Regina Wanjiru, Willy Ileka, David Kimani and Rose Wamahiga and the late Ngechu Njogu, George Wainaina, Paul Kibe and Jeff Muriuki. A doting grandmother and great-grandmother to many.

Friends and family are meeting at her home in Maria-ini village and at Kennedy Nduati residence at Roysambu, opposite Pan African Christian University for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home (KUTRRH) on Tuesday 20Th April 2021 at 7.00am for a memorial service at ACK Kihurui-ini Parish and burial at her home.
