Son of the late Henry Kahembe and late Gladys Nyokabi. Son-in-law of Mr. Simon Maingi and late Margaret Mumbi. Loving husband of Mary Nyakiringa Wanderi. Father of Gladys Wamaitha, Collins Mureithi and Simon Maingi. Brother of Edith Nyawira, Naftaly Kihara Kahembe, George Henry Kahembe, Rosaline Wanjohi, Kennedy Kahembe, the late Wanjiru and Anne Kahembe. Grandfather of Shareen Muthoni and Nicole Nyakiringa. Uncle to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangements at his residence in Ngoingwa,Thika from 5.00pm.

The cortege will leave General Kago Funeral Home – Thika Level V Hospital, on Monday 19th April, 2021 at 6.00am, for a funeral service and burial at Kagotha Village, Gatondo Karatina, Mathira East, Nyeri County from 11.00arn.

The cortege leaves Avenue Hospital Mortuary Kisumu on Friday 23/4/2021 for burial in his family home in Kochia East, Kamenya Sub Location, Ongeti Village Homabay County. This will be led by SDA Church Kenya Lake conference.

A loving mother-in- love of Regina Wanjiru, Willy Ileka, David Kimani and Rose Wamahiga and the late Ngechu Njogu, George Wainaina, Paul Kibe and Jeff Muriuki. A doting grandmother and great-grandmother to many.
