It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Catherine Wangui Kibicho of Nairobi Water, that occurred on 8^th January, 2019.

Wife of Mr. Charles Kibicho Kimondo of Mairo-ini Village, Kiaguthu Sub-location, Chinga, Othaya. Daughter of Grace Wanjiku. Loving mother of Lydiah Wangari, Bonnie Kimondo (Nairobi Water) and Grace Wanjiku. Mother in law of David Waweru. Sister of David Kanyeki of SportPesa, late Karen Wangechi, late Hon Dick Wathika, Evans Njogu Kanyeki of Juja Farm and Esther Njeri of the USA. Niece of late Joseph Wathika Kanyeki, Beth Wakarima, Bernice Wangui Muita, Dr. Samson Gatukui Kanyeki, Reuben Gachuhi Kanyeki and Robert Gakuya Kanyeki and Calvin Kassim Ndolo of USA. Grandmother of Hope Wangari, Cate Wangui, Charles Kairu and David Wangari.

Relatives and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements from Thursday, 10th Jan 2019 to Thursday, 17th Jan 2019 from 5pm at Emmaccra Hotel, Accra Rd. in Nairobi and also at her Nairobi residence in Umoja 1 ..H 93.

There will be a funeral memorial Service on Wednesday 16th Jan at ACK, St. James Church, Buruburu Parish at 2 PM.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 18th Jan. 2019 at 7.00am. The funeral service will take place at ACK St. Stephen, Thunguri Church in Kiaguthu Parish, Othaya, Nyeri County at 10.00am followed by the burial ceremony at the family home.
