Loving husband of Mary Mbakwa Muchina. Loving father of John Gachigi (Gilgil), Tom Kahoya (Nairobi), Jane Wangui (Sagana), Mworia Muchina (Nation Media Group). Grandfather of Kennedy, Ivy, Serah, Charles, Tobias, Elvis, Victor, Britney and Bramwell. Father-in-law and Great grandfather to many and a great blessing to the community.

The cortege will leave Mukurweini Sub-County Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday, 1st April 2026 at 8.00 am for burial at his home in Ithamara, Mukurweini, Nyeri County.
