With profound sorrow we announce the passing on to glory of our beloved brother, dad, uncle and grand dad Charles Nyakundi Oginda of Amasago- Bomobea at Ram Hospital Kisii.

He was businessman and contractor in Kisii.

Husband of Mellen Nyaboke Ontegi. Father of the late Damacline, Wycliffe of Kings Electronics Kilgoris, Silas – Famuincos Kisii, the late Zainabu, Mourine Kisii Level Six, Lenah – USA, and Japhet lecturer Rongo University and Kisii University. Grandpa of many.

Son of the late Alex Oginda and Marcellah Kwamboka. Brother of the late Nyamweya, Ndege, Maraga, Osowas, Mosotas, Nyambogis, Monda, Siro, Birundu and Hon. Bichage, Pauline, Sabina, Kerubos, Mbesa, Nyaboke, Bikombe and Teresa. Uncle of Ken – Nehema Keroka, Ombabas, Gekonges, Orinas, Bichages, Monaris, Bosires, Mokoros, Ogindas. Principal Mititi Diplomat Ken Mokaya, Karachi, Arita, Assistant Chief Bomwagi, Jacquin, Mose Ondora. Cousin of the late Kebomas, chief Keboko, the late Ondieki, Keboina, Bosire, Mose Ondora.

Funeral arrangements are on-going at his homes in Kilgoris, Mwembe Tayari Kisii and Bomobea – Keumbu.

The cortege leaves Hema Mortuary on 11^th April 2017 for burial at his home Amasago- Bomobea on Wednesday 12th April 20 17.
