Son of the late Barnabas Ouku and Turfena Angaya. Step son of Rispa and Margaret Ouku. Husband of Esther Amollo and Isabella Amollo. Father of the late Nashon Onyango, Patrick Lumumba, Morris Okumu, the late Lucy Owino, Pastor Okello, Tom Amollo, Teddy Odoyo, Moses Ochieng’, Daniel Nyakado, Asha Mitoko, Elizabeth Akinyi, Derrick Ajwang, the late Julia Achieng, the late Dorothy Atieno, the late Silvance Ooko, the late Elisaphan Oketch, Peter Odoyo and Tobias Juma. Brother of Elsa Odira, the late Elida Akumu, the late Eliud Rabongo, late Margaret Apina, the late Alphonse Kawawa, Grace Mango and the late Maxwell Otieno.

The burial will take place on 26th January, 2018 at Kamsama,Waondo Village, Suba north constituency Homa Bay County.
